  Stayed in the Apartment to the Hotel was clean plenty of space lacked a Toaster considering it is Self catering Negative all Entertainment was only for the locals not for British Tourists Bar Staff not very Friendly when we checked out the Gentleman at Front Desk was rude would not stay here again.

  I'm now sat up all night because the reckless cleaner never told anyone she ripped my cpap machine across the room when making up the bed.Receptionist agreed to order a new pipe from a medical centre, three more sleepless nights. Receptionist refused to replace the split mask so the machine didn't work for the week we were there. Wondering where he took his medical degree??Another receptionist lied and told me they ordered the mask, they admitted later they didn't. Another staff member abused me to my wife because I was shouting, yes, I was, at their arrogance and incompetence.REALLY?? They don't want you to sleep here. Been annoyed by a deep low frequency vibration through the building all night. It's 4am and I gave up and had a walk around. There's a huge exhaust pipe coming out of the ground and the diesel pool heaters been running since about midnight. Deafening down there. Unbelievable.No entertainment unless you're 70+ and Spanish. Food I wouldn't serve our dog! Cheapest sausage and bacon I've ever seen.Final straw... We were out early to catch our coach to the airport, waited upto an hour and nothing. Went back into the hotel to be told by another dim receptionist that they had a change of pick up time for us but it didn't occur to them to tell us. On purpose?? Made SIX calls to the manager today and were met with lies again, she had no intention of speaking to us. The bank will sort this hotel out now.

  I’m just back from two nights at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. I had one of the apartments on the 9th floor of the separate block. It was well equipped and spacious. I just ate breakfast which was ok. The hot food could have been a lot better but it was still possible to find enough to do. The staff were friendly. It seemed to be quite popular with older Spanish tourists. The location was excellent, just a five minute walk to the beach.

  Huge apartment with great staff

  Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments. Our apartment was huge with a large balcony. Carlos on reception was very helpful and sorted out the car parking for us. Its was a tight squeeze in a 4 x 4! Pools were clean and not too busy the heated pool was great. We did not eat in the hotel but did enjoy some of the entertainment. Most of the hotel was full of Spanish pensioners receiving their 2 weeks all inclusive holiday they have with their Spanish sate pension, and it was great to them all dancing in the evenings. Situated a few rows back from the sea front it is in a good position, not too rowdy but there was some noise at night from the bars opposite. Overall a good stay

  Beautiful hotel. Food and drink top of the range. Pool area and cafe nice. Only one staff serving most days, although the hotel was full. Short walk to the beach and old tiwn. Quite a nice position. Lots of bars within walking distance. Special mention of staff, Anuncia and Serena. Very helpful and welcoming, smile a lot, they seemed to be on duty every day. Not really any bad points. However. We were, for a couple of days, the only brits in the hotel. All evening entertainment was spanish singers, line dancing, even the drag queen comedy night was spanish. Not a problem as there is plenty to do outside, walk into and bar or hotel and join in, no one seems to mind.Day time aerobics, skitels, line dancing.Plenty of sunbeds, the other guests went out most of the day or sat in the cafe. They were very noisy, never stopped talking. Smoking allowed in rooms and poolside. Our neighbour was a heavy smoker, who spent a lot of time on the balcony shouting on the phone and smoking. Had to keep our door closed.Nice peaceful areas too. There is a libarary and art studio.If we were to stay again, we would go half board as we like to be entertained in the evenings
