Location

The hotel is located in Chersonissos within 400 metres of the nearest beach. In addition, the wonderful town of Heraklion lies some 25 km away.

Facility

The 314 rooms, including 74 junior suites, 5 suites, 2 single rooms and 225 double rooms, have a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. 8 villas/houses offer even more space and comfort. In the air-conditioned hotel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop.     Had a hydro facial with Paola. Was very relaxing throughly enjoyed the experience. I had the Cretan full body massage the other day and received a discount for a second therapy

    Lovely hotel staff are very nice.Amazing views. Unfortunately the food and the drinks were terrible.breakfast was cold and was the same everyday. Lunch and dinner wasn't much to choose from also was soggy and cold.The drinks taste like they were watered down. Also after 11pm you cant get no drinks even coffee and tea. The snack bar food was terrible and not much to choose from.

    The massage at the hotel is highly recommended, ask for Minas! Golden hands! Personally, I think the Cretan massage is the best.The hammam was a bit of a letdown since it’s only a steam cabin, unlike the ones in Turkey. But the massage definitely made up for it!
