Wonderfull holidays at Meropi hotel!!!

We stayed here in August as a family of four and absolutely loved it! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was perfect — close to the beach and local restaurants. It was the ideal mix of relaxation and fun for both the kids and us. Highly recommend it for families!

The staff were very helpful on arrival as there was only a double bed & nowhere to sit. They moved us to a room close to pool,restaurant etc.We quickly realised we were the only British there & the resort was 90% German. Not a complaint but they do have different customs.The hotel is spotlessly clean but alot of the food was disappointing.All inclusive isn't really,Beer definitely not Grolsh in a small glass or plastic cup;box standard wine...or cheap Brandy (watered down) Ouzo or Raki self service cold drinks (non branded) Everything else is charged.Very comfortable loungers by pool & a 10 min walk to beach which is beautiful.Good job the weather was nice or I would've been disappointed,not a four star.

We decided to stay in an all inclusive hotel for our friend group trip and Meropi did not disappoint. The staff has been very helpful and friendly for anything we needed. Food is amazing and has options for all tastes. You can spend your time inside the hotel enjoyably and it’s close to the beach so there is the option of taking a 5 minute walk there. The rooms had all utilities we needed and were very clean

We had such a wonderful stay at Meropi Hotel & Apartments! The place is super clean, cozy and very family-friendly. The aqua park was amazing — our kids had the best time and didn’t want to leave! The staff were all so kind and helpful, always smiling and making us feel welcome. Great food, spotless pools, and a perfect location close to the beach but still peaceful. You can really feel the care and warmth everywhere. We’ll definitely come back! ❤️

First off the receptionist marianna and young blonde lady were amazing and lovely - [ ] Only drinks in all inclusive is raki, beer red wine, rose and white wine dispenser unusual tasting Coca Cola / diet, lemonade, grape fruit , unusual tasting water and orange - all other alcoholic drinks/ coffees have to be paid for even in all inclusive.- [ ] Free tea and coffee is only served at breakfast 7:30-9:45 and says 15:00-17:00 but not served at all- [ ] They say cookies tea and coffee served 15:00 - 17:00 it is not served at all- [ ] The children’s water park attached to hotel has a bar but is not part of all inclusive you have to pay for food and drinks but do get access to the slides if all inclusive- [ ] Sauna locked off used as storage room filled with tissue / brooms- [ ] Says entertainment for children no entertainment - [ ] Staff very upset looking- [ ] The big slides in the children’s bit leave marks on children’s backs/legs and head has happened before we came and continued to happen while we are here and nothing done about it - [ ] The “spa/massage” place on side it’s constantly locked never see anyone go in or anyone advertising it, just a locked closed hut - [ ] Very small tiny buffet and the waiters take away your food when still chewing your last mouthful like they can’t wait for the dining area to be all empty again - [ ] In the room the bathroom sink plug is broken does not work, the bed slats were completely broken in which staff was no surprised when told about causing the worst sleep I’ve ever had in my life for 2 days- [ ] Air con flow right on top of bed so cannot be left on due to getting ill.
