    The hotel is located on a busy square, which makes it quite noisy in the evenings. In addition, the bells of the nearby church were clearly audible from the room.At check-in, we were quoted a higher price than what was listed online. As the receptionist was unwilling to adjust this, we ended up booking online on the spot. We were then told that additional charges still had to be paid, even though the booking clearly stated that the price included all costs. There was no indication anywhere that extra charges would apply.The following morning, we discussed this with the manager, but unfortunately, there was little understanding or willingness to help. For us, it’s a matter of principle: unexpected and undisclosed charges should not be added afterward. This is something the hotel should resolve internally or with the booking platform.The room itself was fine, but did not fully meet our expectations of a four-star hotel.There are also some positive points: the location is convenient, within walking distance of the city center. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was very good, and the bed was comfortable.

    A Wonderful Hotel in Every Way

    The staff at reception was the best. Very welcoming. We will always be grateful for an early check in after arriving on the ferry. Our first day visiting this beautiful city would have been greatly diminished as we badly needed to rest.The hotel is perfect. Clean, attractive, quiet, and in a beautiful location. Loved the shower! So spacious.And breakfast was delightful.I was sorry to leave.

    The hotel website is inaccurate. There is no airport shuttle. We had assumed breakfast was included with our room rate. We were mistaken. We had also assumed the lights would function properly and that the shower would have a door. Of the 3 rooms we reserved for our group, one room had malfunctioning lighting in the bathroom and another room did not have a shower door. When we brought these items to the attention of hotel management our first day, we were told the maintenance person was on his way to the hotel and the shower door was on a boat from Athens. That was the same story for the 8 days we were there. It seems the hotel had no intention of fixing the faulty light switches in the bathroom or of replacing the shower door. I cannot recommend reserving the triple rooms as I do not believe the hotel will fix items they knew were broken prior to our arrival.

    Scam warning - avoid doing business with them

    Fraud. AVOID. They are either a bad business or a fake company. I reserved one room, but they attempted to charge me twice. They were very pleasant people, even as we communicated clearly multiple times that we wanted wanted just one room. However, they coldly asserted that I reserved two rooms and they were attempting to charge my card twice. Fortunately, the credit card company declined both transactions. Dirty company.

    Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful for all of our questions! We arrived in the evening, hungry and tired, she made a call right away to reserve us a table at a wonderful local restaurant! Best meal of our vacation! Our room had a lovely patio that over looked the square where a celebration was going on. Location of this hotel was good.
