Facility

The resort has 318 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. Additional facilities include a library. Unfortunately we had to leave we wanted to stay one more week but we fome back soon . This hotel is opened by the most important people who have knowledge amd love for what their doing.

The most important in thus resort to mention is the fact that is a paradise on Crete. After that the service was exclusively for us at the villa and the whole experience was an amazing opportunity to discover what hospitality is . Marina trying her best at beach bar and all the staff is Valuable kind and helpful

Went to the spa and therapist was Migena. I am seven months pregnant and I cannot compliment them enough on how accommodating they were and knowledgable. Left very relaxed after three treatments- would recommend to anyone visiting!Any small issues were fixed the same day which is a real compliment to the manager, Poppy! Thank you!
