Location

This hotel lies on a hill overlooking Mirabello Bay and offers a wonderful view of the sea as well as Agios Niklaos. The nearest pebble beach is around 100 m away and easily reached across a small promenade from the hotel. The centre of Agios Nikolaos, with a diverse range of shopping and entertainment venues, as well as taverns, is a few minutes walk (800 m).

Facility

250 rooms, including 6 suites and 143 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Half board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety.     Worst holiday ever.

    Hotel is stuck in the middle of nowhere. Got views but nothing else. No public transport, 20 min walk to town and marina. Food was atrocious, cooked hours before but failed to keep warm. Gov tourist tax €10 per day, safe deposit €30 per week, late checkout €50, indoor pool €25 per hour all a big rip off. Room was very basic and bathroom drains stunk. Won't be returning to this hotel or Greece again, will stick with Portugal.

    Superb staff special mentions to Markella who organised the Cretan night brilliant food brilliant band and local folk dancers and lots of raki lots of fun Also Manula and Natalia a brilliant double act behind the bar their good humour very helpful nature ensured our holiday had lots of laughs. Brilliant from day1 to day 10 .The rooms were nice and big lots of clothes space all very clean and tidy .Food was of traditional Greek (Crete) fair excellent menu lots of choice all the staff were always smiling and nothing was too much trouble

    We have returned today from a lovely holiday. The staff are so friendly, the food was good, with a varied selection every day. Perfect walking distance to Agios and lovely beach nearby. This is our 3rd time at the hotel and will definitely return. The room was clean cosy and the shower pressure was amazing. Excellent value for money.
