Rooms

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools (for a fee). Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes tennis and bocce. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and beach volleyball. With windsurfing, paddle boating, canoeing and snorkelling available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam and a beauty salon. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    A balanced review Firstly the positives: The staff generally are fantastic - friendly, hard working, helpful and just nice people. The nutritionist service for anyone with allergies is amazing - the two ladies are really great and give you brilliant peace of mind. The grounds are well kept and generally clean and tidy. The sunbeds and the beds in the room are good sized & comfortable. The wine is drinkable - the rose and white particularly are ok and they have a wine list in the champagne bar and the à la carte restaurants. The champagne and sushi bar is lovely - however they do not have any French champagne which is included (they do for a charge), it is only Italian sparkling which is a shame. The à la carte restaurants so far have been very nice. The negatives (in order): My little boy hurt himself on the first day here - the edge of the pool we were at on the first day was very rough - we did not realise and getting in and out he has taken the skin off the tips of his fingers. I did email guest services to let them know but they did not seem concerned about his welfare and simply let me know that they had a doctor’s office on site. Be careful if you have small children with delicate skin at the pools! I have coeliac disease and the service with the dieticians has been excellent - at lunch today they were unfortunately unavailable and I was served mouldy bread which I did not realise until after I had eaten a slice. Our room is quite small and we have had issues with the air con and a stale drain smell - I have raised this and we have had technicians out (and they responded quickly) but I have been made to feel this is being made up as the response was there was no problem. I resorted to asking for a scented candle or Reed diffuser to mask the smell which to be fair was provided. The beach is very small and pebbly - it is not a pretty Greek cove (if the beach thing is your scene), however the pools are nice (if you prefer a pool).

    Lovely hotel, really spacious, plenty of food choices and options, very busy and could be challenging to get sun loungers. Seemed to cater to influencers and for large groups who managed to get seats together with the help of the host, whereas families struggled a little. Responsive to feedback and good customer service.     We had a fantastic stay here a couple of weeks ago in mid May. The hotel really has a lovely feel to it with such friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Everywhere is kept spotless and the resort has all the amenities you expect and could want for. The dining options are extensive and we had such a wide range of enjoyable dining experiences during our week’s stay. All the staff are great, but a special thank you to Penelope, Iliana, Georgia, Argiro, Lentis, Ioanna and Anthanasiou for looking after us so well. All in all a lovely place for a special holiday.     Wonderful, ingenious setting around pools & next to beach.

    This is our 2nd visit to Mitsis Laguna & it didn't disappoint. All rooms/ bungalows have different views spread between inter-connecting pools & large heated pools. Al the staff are excellent, work extremely hard, from reception, house keeping ( our personal thanks to Bruna), the all day bar staff including Lediso & Sikis, (please excuse spellings), restaurant, pool bar,gardeners & auxiliary staff. Any problems are dealt with quickly & efficiently.The hotel is set beside the shingle beach, with a beach bar serving snacks. There is a reef, so sandals help, but rock pools keep the youngsters busy. They also have their own pool & play area, with constant watch by the lifeguards.The evening entertainment was good. I personally think our previous visit was better, but my husband didn't agree...but hey-ho!!All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, met some lovely people & hope to return.     Beautiful property with spacious, clean rooms and excellent facilities.The food options were amazing. I had dietary requirements, and the nutritionist Amalia and Despoina, along with sous chef Stefanos, went above and beyond to arrange suitable meals for me.
