Location

The hotel is located on a beautiful sandy beach at Kokkini Hani on the island of Crete. This resort is located only 15 km away from the city of Heraklion and its airport. The bus station is located in the immediate vicinity.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 440 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film lovers are sure to find just what they're looking for in the cinema's listings. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including table tennis, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. A wellness area with a spa is available at the resort. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room and a bar. Great food and friendly service await guests in 2 air-conditioned restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Superb experience! Maybe too many loud planes landing every 15 minutes but you can get used to that. Besides that everything is just perfect

    Location very good, 15 minutes from the airport what is a blessing.The atmosphere is o the edge of luxury and family place. Of course kids are the future however not everyone wants to listen to their squeak and childish mothers…Rooms very spacious, cleaned daily, minibar refilled daily, cool.Amazing value for money, my feeling is this could be a little more expensive.Nosie level acceptable, between 9 am and 1 pm, one airplane every 10-15 minutes, but after 3 days you don’t pay attention to it anymore.Amenities no complaints, all very satisfying.Service… top level, the only thing to complain is lounge bar opposite to a lobby, this frustrated bartender should get someone to help him, his already half bald, one waitress seems not enough as well for amount o f people and bare in mind people who sit there daytime are mostly those who arrived and wait for the room or those departing without the room already.Things to improve:1. Bigger adults only beach signs so people with kids don’t go in2. More adults only areas, in main restaurant that would be a blessing to not have to listen to these all crying kids3. Clean the beach… sorry but that’s an issue if you have plenty of cigarettes around, rocks and some other trash left by other people,4. Beach shower is located only in the west side and one very small by the kids pool by the beach… there should be at least to more showers closer to adults area.5. Increase the stay price a little and hire additional people to beach bar and lobby bar6. Mini bar- 3 times in a 7 days stay it was not refilled we had to call reception.It would be cool to be able to select what you want on. We had sugar soft drinks only and didn’t manage to get sugar free. 6. Have to say that… Stanley cups… shouldn’t be only for kids, adults pay for this and adults have more impact and can spread the good word about the hotel. Get something cheaper for kids, sand castle forms or sand shovels but not thermic mugs8. Sun shades at the beach… they really need a little revamp. All rusty and looking so so for this kind of resort Once again, overall very positive and above are small things for consideration, for some you may not even have an influence.Cheers!

    Three Generations Had a Fabulous Time

    Our group of 11 ranging in age from 24 to 84 enjoyed a wonderful week. We were greeted by friendly reception staff who remained helpful throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered during the week in The Main Dining Room, at the numerous bars, poolside and housekeeping went out of their way to satisfy our requests.Four of us enjoyed one of the swim up rooms facing the garden. We could have used more draw space and hangers to store our clothing. The room was clean and beds comfortable. We loved swimming in the pool and relaxing outside of our room. Others in our group shared 4 Superior Garden View Rooms. There were no complaints.We had reservations at all of the al a carte restaurants. We thought the Steakhouse was the best. There was something for everyone on the menu, vegetarian options, fish and steak done to perfection. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant . The Greek restaurant had beautiful views and a lovely sunset. We wondered why there weren't more authentic Greek choices on the menu. I thought the Pan Asian Restaurant needed a new chef or new menu and tea.There were plenty of things to keep us busy in the vicinity, A bus ride took several to Heraklion where they shopped and explored the city. Eight people were picked up early morning to mount ATV's lunch out and learn about olive oil. Three went scuba diving one morning. Jet skiing one day, a catamaran cruise another and of course swimming at the resort's own beach.

    This resort is outstanding! The service is amazing especially the pool bars the guys there were so cool and we had so much fun with them, Niko, Dimitri , Christina, they were the best! The food was also amazing and the pools we greatly enjoyed in the sunshine. I will definitely book again!
