Location

This hotel is situated 150 m from the tourist town of Platanias and very close (350 m) to the area's sandy beach. A wide range of restaurants, local tavernas, bars and cultural sites are near the hotel and it is 1 km to Agia Marina. Chania Airport lies 22 km away.

    We went here again to have a cosy and relaxed family holiday. We dont want lots of people, prefer more quiet staying, so this family run place is a perfect match. Breakfast served by the family in peaceful rhytm starts the day perfectly. Kids love the pool and we were swimming every day. The best restaurants are surrounded by this hotel with the sunset view. Owners are so nice and helpful - also sometimes tired for the season but I understand and symphatize - not expecting to be more than humans. I hope other quests would understand that you are really literally coming to their home. Everything is not perfect - where it is, but I hope other like me find this gem also - I dont want to fight over sunbeds with other tourists or stand in long line for breakfast in a noisy hall. Here is authentic, warm and also exellent beds in the room to sleep extremely well!! The pizza is also super, you should try it. Greetings for the lovely dog Tony and birds Melon and Armando who we loved too. I highly recommend, but if you have sand in your panties at home already, find another place to complain everything, this is not your spot then. If you want to relax and have a warm stay with a local family - this is it. Perfect and we will come third time for sure.

    We really liked this cosy family run hotel. Apartment had everything we needed - and for a suprise also an amazing view to the sea! The owners were helpful and warm. We booked also breakfast and got every morning just the way we liked for us each. Beds were good, area is clean, good pool and the kids section was fine for our 4 years old boy. Small market other side of the road. You really should taste the pizza from the pool bar! It was GOOD. If you want a sharp experience in a boring chain hotel - this is not your piece of cake. If you are like me; enjoy the slow pace, authentic people and homelike feeling, book this!

    We were just walking around Platanias old village and decided to have a beer and a pizza. Very nice view, atmosphere and absolutely delicious pizza.The owner was very friendly and we decided to come back before our holiday here in Platanias is over.

    I can without any doubt recommend this hotel. Location, free ac, free wifi, cheap prices, good food and the most greatest staff! The owner couple is just very warm and nice people taking care of the guests. If heading to Platanias choose this hotel!

    Nice family hotel in the old part of Platanias.Free AC, safetybox and WiFi.Full equipped kitchen if you want to make your own breakfast or lunch.Lot's of local restaurant in the area if you are looking for a calm vacation but near to the main street if you want some action ;-)The owners are wery friendly and the rooms are cleaned every second day.
