Location

This holiday village is located off the beaten track in Hersonissos. There is a bus stop just outside the door.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. Guests can get more information about excursions at the tour desk. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the holiday village feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A telephone, satellite television, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a baby bath. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, beach volleyball and archery are available. Guests can partake in various water sports, including diving and water aerobics. In addition, snorkelling is offered for a fee. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym, table tennis and squash. A wellness area with a sauna is available to guests. For a fee, massage treatments are also offered. Children are well cared for at the kids' club and well entertained at the kids' disco.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It is also possible to order dinner. Gluten-free meals, children's meals, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. Baby food provides for little ones' well being.

    Good location with easy walking to shops and along the river. Nice bar area for coffee and drinks, friendly front desk staff, and we enjoyed the restaurant. They sometimes catered well for dietaries at breakfast and dinner. Bed was comfortable and room a decent size. Hotel seems busy with group travel as foyer was often congested with masses of luggage and people.     A very straightforward and comfortable stay. The location is excellent — right in the centre, making it easy to explore on foot. Rooms were clean, warm and well kept, ideal after a long day out in the cold. Staff were polite and efficient, and breakfast had a good variety. A dependable choice when visiting Rovaniemi.     We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we found it convenient location. Just near the river and a few minutes in to town. Lovely friendly ladies on reception. Great food, lovely cosy warm room. All we needed for a comfy few days stay, powerful shower. Very confy. Excellent staff everywhere, decent food and excellent breakfast, loved the whole atmosphere of the place, will be back!!     Brief but good stay

    We were only here for less than 12 hours due to train delay, but the hotel was the best we had encountered on our group tour. We arrived well past midnight, but receptionist welcomed us warmly. Rooms were modern and roomy, shower was excellent. Only hotel so far to have chromecast, and the northern lights display on the wall was nice touch. Breakfast - not a great deal on offer but we loved the white chocolate donuts!
