  We were delighted with our stay at the Neptunia in one of the best arranged self catered accomodation I have been - it is small but everything has been thought of to be functional - the closet bed was of excellent quality, the kitchen had all that was needed for a week including a small dishwasher. Whenever we missed a towel or a pillow, the staff was quick and reactive. A plus was the croissanterie service to have fresh pastries every morning for breakfast!   The apartment was small but very beautifull and functional. Located on the back of a buildind 1st line of the sea. The beach is beautiful. You can use for free the indoor swimming pool of the hotel. Perfect for a family holiday.

  Located near the beach, this offshoot of the grand old world Thalassotherapy hotel provides convenient and comfortable studio flats ideal for families with children. You can self cater of visit one of the many restaurants in the neighbourhood. As long as it is not raining, the walk into the central walled city, along the seafront, is also lovely. we took advantage of the attachment to the hotel to take a bathe in their heated indoor sea water pool (with our 4 and 2 year olds). Note: if you do not leave the room in a clean reusable condition, you will be charged for cleaning, but we had no trouble passing this test. We only had one minor problem. We were travelling in a Renault Scenic with roofbox. We checked in advance if they had suitable parking, quoting the height of the vehicle, and they said they had a gated courtyard where we could leave the vehicle. However when we arrived they said the car would not fit. Fortunately, they found us some free on Street parking, but it was an anxious few minutes.

  Conveniently located on the "sillon", the walking path along the beach, 15 minutes nice walking from St Malo city center, theas apartments are managed by the neighboring high class hotel. The service and the personnel are therefore very satisfying. Just ask and you'll get everything you need for the baby, delivered to the room !The decoration of the apartment would really deserve an upgrade (especially the bathroom) and rotten apple under kids bed was troubling at first but it was just a hiccup.2 minutes away, a great "boulangerie" will make great breakfast.Directly from the building you can access to the 3 restaurants of the grand hotel and of course the inner heated pool (seawater) as well as a sauna, a Hammam and a good fitness. All are premium and almost new.So a good deal (140€ per night, accommodating 2 adults and 3 kids) ideally located, great service employees.From there, you reach in less than 30 minutes nice spots like Dinan, Dinard, Cancale and not so far Mont St Michel (56k).

  The studios are conveniently located on the back of a building facing the beach. Best of all, the bridge to the hotel on the third floor means it is very easy to reach the swimming pool in the towelling robes provided. Beds were comfortable and kids will enjoy sleeping in bunk beds in the corridor. The hotel staff provided us with good service, including booking taxis to and from the airport. For those of us, with only French from our school days, the inventory list was a challenge and we could only speak French to spa and swimming attendants. Also for British visitors, a warning, bring swimming caps for the whole family. The kitchen is well-equipped although a shared washing machine would be useful for longer stays.It was clean, except we had a problem with dust and dog hairs. It would be better if there were a few pet free rooms because we found we were allergic to the dog hair left on the armchairs, even after using the vacuum cleaner. It would also be better if cleaning was offered daily, more like an aparthotel. Porte St Vincent, the entrance to the city of St Malo was 30 minutes walk away. A supermarket open 7 days a week is 5 minutes walk away. Note, if you don't want to walk all the way, there are restaurants on the western end of Av. Pasteur.The funniest part, was a TV channel using the webcam showing the beach in front of the hotel !
