    1. When we arrived we did not had the room we booked because they had an issue. They offered a solution to have a room one day and another room the other day with the hassle of not being able to unpack. Anyway, we accept it. 2. When my kid entered the room had the trousers damaged due to their poor cleaning having bleach spilled on the sink. When we notify it, they clean the bathroom and accept to refund the trousers. (13 euros)3. As well, they told us that only from 8 am to 5pm there is somebody in reception which is not acceptable when you travel with kids and you might need help. As we had the flight back very early they said they would leave the refund of the trousers on the desk. Nothing was there. How this ended? We sent them an email on the situation and they ask for the account details to send the transfer. I understand things can go wrong. And if the willingness is to fix it is fine with me. One week later after leaving the hotel we are still waiting for the refund. They basically don’t care. If you commit to something do it or say no. Lying is not acceptable.

    Very solid all round hotel, The fella at the bar called Kostas was a right gent and made our stay superb. The food was class and the surrounding area was very nice apart from walking up the hill on the way back. Thank you also to the chef who taught us a lot about Greek culture.

    Poor experience at difficult times

    We have stayed in this hotel for more than one week (two families). the facility is nice and clean, but we had a bad experience. a cancelation of our flight home due to a war in Israel led us return to the hotel, we were a few Israeli families who were stuck in Crete due to the war in Israel with no flights back. Since we didn't know when we can fly home we have asked for a discount, Valeria (the owners' wife) didn't care, the stuff in the hotel were cold and unfriendly, they didn't offer help and didn't clean our room as expected at the last days. the general experience from the stuff was very poor.

    Beautiful hotel ❤ we didn't want to leave. The staff were super friendly especially Anna on reception we felt welcome straight away. The room was bright airy and clean with a decent shower. The pool area is really well maintained along with the rest of the grounds. The food was good and reasonably priced along with the drinks. Breakfast was also great with alot of choice.     Not well managed, we arrived to find our hotel room booked and were advised they had booked us in somewhere nearby. The replacement room was an 18-30s hotel which is not what we signed up for being over this age and made for an uncomfortable first night. Staff became increasingly rude when we were not happy with is and ignored the problem for the rest of the trip. Clearly a hotel double booking rooms and trying to fob off the English tourists (comment about us just going to get drunk were made, when we were there for a relaxing break) We were not the only British tourists that this had happened too, others had been fobbed off and treated the same way. We were also advised when booking that the hotel had a free shuttle, this isn't the case and we were asked to pay. The breakfast was nice, rooms clean and a good pool but I'd go elsewhere to save yourself the trouble.
