    Wonderful position and delicious breakfast

    First time in Karpathos with the family. We could not choose a better place to stay. Every day a different delicious breakfast, kindness and extreme hospitality. Royal room were perfect for us (5 people).One of the best beach of the island (little Amoopi) is at 5 min walking distance. Very nice pool as well.We will get beck for sure.

    Pepi was amazingly kind and made us feel so welcomed. The rooms are intimate enough that you dont feel crowded. The view is amazing from the balcony as well as from the swimming pool. We made the detour to stay here as we heard such good feedback from friends. We'll definitely come again! Id recommend this place to everyone

    Amazing view but lacking any luxury

    This property is all about the view, and it is absolutely amazing! The owner is a very nice lady. Now a few issues: the road is rough (only access for one car for a long stretch), the photos are not necessarily accurate, and a challenge to find reception (although this has been mentioned in many reviews which gives the feeling that the owner doesn’t care to change this). I think many of the photos are the private villas, which appear to be much more up to date but there are only two villas. While it’s a lovely property, I do not think it’s luxurious at all… it may have been spectacular when it first opened. A few other things: had a really short shower curtain so the entire bathroom floor got wet when showering and kitchen could use more utensils. There was an old, abandoned car not far from the pool as well as areas that could have been touch up a bit. In summary, I think it’s a great value for the money however if it is luxury you desire, look elsewhere.

    We love this location! We’ve visited twice in 14 years and enjoyed it more the second time around. The view is amazing and the location is fairly secluded. It has a pool and the host is lovely. AlsoSurrounded by olive trees
