    Amazing stay at Ocean High View! The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect — peaceful, relaxing, and close to everything important. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with an incredible ocean view. Can’t wait to come back!

    Staff are lovely. Super friendly and supportive. Lovely atmosphere the whole night and engaging. We had issue with clothes flying over our balcony and they saved it!

    We are a family of three (2+1) - we took the standard room, and maybe it was a standard accommodation, but back in the 1990s. No window, no place to dry staff, very poor room service and cleanness, no animation for kids mini club as a parent to a parent is a joke) and very cold water in swimming pools. Very poor variety of food and drinks. The location is not great either. Definitely, it is not 4* hotel.

    We chose this hotel based on its description and good reviews, but unfortunately, the experience was completely different, and I definitely do not recommend this accommodation. We stayed here as a family, four adults and one child. Upon arrival at the hotel (at 1 a.m.), we were informed that we did not have the rooms we had paid for in advance, without any apology or explanation, and we were told that if this accommodation did not suit us, we should come back after breakfast. We were given dry toast (no butter, just ham and cheese between two slices of toast) and water, which we had to fetch ourselves from the lobby downstairs. We were supposed to have two triple rooms, but instead we got a two-room apartment with one bathroom, where the shower didn't work properly (the water alternated between cold and boiling hot), and instead of a double bed, we got a bunk bed and a single bed against the wall. Sharing one bathroom between five people was quite an experience. The next day, after breakfast, we came back and said that we wanted the rooms we had paid for, that this was not acceptable to us and that we wanted the separate rooms we had paid for. Again, no apology, just an explanation that there had been a technical problem (incorrect room allocation by the system) and that we could only get the rooms the next day. No offer of compensation.At night, there was terrible noise from the hallway, people walking around all night, shouting. I woke up about three times every night, when all they needed to do was add another door from the hallway to the bedroom. The food was average, the overall experience definitely did not correspond to a 4* hotel, the reception staff's attitude was terrible (I work as a receptionist myself and this was a shock). Never again.

    The hotel is very nice located, its 1km from beautiful beaches and night life.The program of everyday night is amazing and so fun.Food ia delicious and I loved it every single day!Animators are the best, so fun!Wanna come back right away💗
