    Really good experience met really friendly, accommodating and warm staff. Rooms were very big almost like a b&b. Food was amazing freshly cooked upon request. Breakfast had lots of variety definitely worth having. Beach spot was 5minutes away with food and beverage service with complimentary snacks i.e crisps. Cocktails are reasonably priced. Overall would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing quiet but friendly beach holiday to refresh and unwind.

    Adult only three star hotel, nice and quiet. Tucked away, approximately 300 metres from the sea where it's sister hotel has sunbeds ( did feel like the poor relative as Omiros beds were away from the main hotel and sunbeds of a poorer quality, no cusions!

    Parking spot at the hotel is extremely small or there is no parking at all - so, if you are lucky, you get the parking in front of the hotel (only 8 spots), if not, you have to figure it out by yourself - which is very annoying. One more thing we didn't like was the pool in the back, which was dirty and surrounding tables were always full with bottles and glasses. Otherwise, staff is very friendly and nice. Rooms are modern and they also have good and quite big served breakfast.

    Exceeded my Expectations!

    We booked this place last minute for a very affordable price so we had little expectations. We were very impressed with the service and the architecture was beautiful. The rooms were very cosy and stylish, the pool was lovely and we had great fun taking photos through the glass (see photos!). It is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and you get given free sun lounges. The ground floor rooms can be a bit noisy during the day, however this did not bother us so much. Overall it was a great stay, and will definitely stay here again when we’re in Rethymno!

    Wonderfull hotel for a short stay!

    Such a nice, clean, modern, cosy boutique hotel! We stayed here 5 nights in July 2020. The hotel is located on the east side of Rethymnon (on the side of Heraklion) and if you want to visit the centre of the city it's really recommendable to have your own rent car of motorcycle. You can take this really nice "boulevard road" to the old centre (about 5-10 minutes). But to walk there is too far! So you should be aware of this. Because we have a rent car, for us it was no problem. The main advantage of this is, that you have a very quit neighborhood and beach as well on this side of Rethymnon. We visited the more or less private beach of the Odyssia hotel, which is a 2 minute walk from the Omiros Hotel. The hotels have the same owner, so you are allowed to use their facilities as well. And their facilities are just as good as in the Omiros hotel! As very nice, well decorated area with bar, restaurant and swimming pools. Their terrace reaches until the beach. You can easily walk from this terrace area to the beach and back! For guests of the Omiros hotel sun beds on the beach are free as well! You can rent a towel every day for only €1,-. The staff in both hotels are super friendly, and not in a submissive way. They are just relaxed and happy to work here and dare to talk to you in a very casual way. I really liked this. The rooms in the Omiros Hotel are just Wonderfull. We took this "Boho Style" room and it was lovely! The complete atmosphere. The small swimming pool of the Omiros hotel is good for a quick refreshment or to drink a cocktail in the afternoon. It's too small to spend your day completely here. There are no sun beds. But because of the combination with Odyssia Hotel, this is no problem at all. The breakfast in the hotel was very good too, with European and Greek products. I really enjoyed the Greek Yoghurt with honey! Conclusion: this hotel is highly recommended for a short stay! Very nice staff, good breakfast, small swimming pool for a quick refreshment, good cooperation with the Odyssia hotel (2 minute walk from Omiros) where you can use their facilities (like a big swimming pool, beach bar, spa and beach area with free sun beds for free) and very nice, neat and modern rooms.
