  Lovely hotel,clean,food great,staff lovely,pool a bit small,but nice comfy sunbeds in garden area.The only downside is the amount of cats,if you are happy with cats come here.Also great location ,on the beach.Early April maybe not the best time to go to Hersonisis,as some bars and restaurants just opening up,but there were enough open to make our holiday great

  Had sea view room but everyone could see in unless I kept my curtains shut.Had ant infestation inside my room and outside .Reception manager with blonde hair totally rude and one of bar staff.Food - ordered tempura prawns so greasy I was sick and the following day Greek salad which was soggy and swimming in oil and salt so again I was sick Service poor and slow in restaurants Cats everywhere Advertised as adult only but school trip with age 15 classed as adult kids roaming everywhere I came to escape children and if you are allergic or not a cat lover stay away cats allowed in restaurants which is against health and safety and hygiene standards Will not go back there which is a shame as it’s my 4 time I will be formally complaining to easy jet Themis Karnis, Ιδιοκτήτης at Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa, responded to this review Dear Sarahb,Thank you for your review.We take all guest feedback seriously. This fact alone reasonably raises questions for readers as to whether the experience you now describe is consistent with your previous stays.During your most recent visit, there were multiple incidents involving your conduct within the hotel premises. You were repeatedly present at the bar consuming alcohol to excess, and several guests formally complained to management regarding your behaviour. In order to protect the comfort and safety of other guests, our staff were placed in the difficult but necessary position of asking you to leave the bar area.Furthermore, the condition in which your room was left upon departure was wholly unacceptable and far beyond normal use. The extent of the damage and lack of basic cleanliness required significant intervention, including the removal of newly installed mattresses. Under standard hotel policy, such damage would incur charges. However, in good faith and in an effort to avoid escalation, we chose not to pursue compensation at that time. Instead, you denied responsibility and indicated that you would seek financial claims through your travel agency.It is also a matter of record that nearby businesses independently contacted us to report similar concerns regarding your behavior and expressed their unwillingness to serve you.With respect to your claims regarding hygiene, food quality, service standards, and hotel policies, we categorically reject any suggestion of non-compliance. Our hotel operates in full accordance with all applicable health, safety, and hospitality regulations. Your statements, therefore, do not provide an accurate or balanced representation of the services delivered.For the benefit of prospective guests reading this review, we encourage a careful and objective consideration of all available feedback. Isolated accounts, particularly when contradicted by repeated prior visits and documented incidents, should be viewed within their proper context.Finally, we reserve all legal rights in this matter.   a safe happy peaceful rest stop. thank you.

  it was fun really nice place cos it was a quiet rest stop that helps with stress and sore feelings at getting it wrong in life, i had a happy time in the pool and the cats were friendly and there was something to do every day and the staff were very welcoming and friendly and had a sort of happy company and i had free water and all the food they made in the hotel was good and i liked the tea cakes. the basement steam room was standalone and it was nice to sit in a sauna that had one person so i could have the space by myself. it was really enjoyable and there were 4 excursions and it was good and the staff helped me book to go to the beach, its a quiet space we all enjoyed and i have a happy day and the whole thing was fine and good. sorry about the row on night 5 i was worried that there are drugs pipes in the seasons off seasons as decorations in the resort bongs are a not good i hope nobody uses them please dont just go for fun time but overall i liked it and the whole place was happy and i had a good rest. if youre taking five go here for a quiet space, i think it was nice and the room felt happy. thank you i really appreciate your efforts and thanks free water and some happy chatter and a sort of busy way of letting life renew. i needed that im 33 it was relaxing and happy enough. thanks the pool is nice and the food teacakes and food were great and it was happy for 11 days. just what i needed so thank you and it went well.

  Simply the best hotel of Hersonissos. Friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, near to the beach...We will be back in June 2026!
