  Dont go there, spend some extra money

  To start with the positive things: our room was clean, we had two sleeping rooms with four beds in total.Thats it.AC, safe: costs extra. We were told that parking on their property also costs extra.The room has a small TV, a fridge and two beds. Nö desk, nö chairs to sit on.The shower was missing a lass door, so almost the whole room was under water after taking a shower.The breakfast was horrible.Everyday the same bread, cold cuts. Loveless presented. Worst thing was the coffee....The dinner was sometime okay, but also presented without any passion or love.Drinks are very expensive, can get them cheaper in the bars nearby.Can not recommend, even not in regards to the good price.

  Right…the hotel itself it is nice, it has beautiful gardens, the buildings have traditional characteristics but….what a bad management… staff need to learn how to make people feel welcomed, the front house is special needs and to be honest he is doing his job but the restaurant, the bar staff, not at all nice, from the first evening the chef was shouting at my son over spilled food which was not spilled by my son! Tried to explain but I think they did not speak English.. then, another big minus is they charge you for everything! You pay for meals with your holiday but then you have to pay on top for drinks that are not cheap at all…pay for air con too..anyway… food was basic, very basic, you will not starve but is not delicious at all, same things all over…son found bones in his bolognaise sauce… cleanness…well, the system is they change your towels every 3 days although I asked for towels the second day and they provided, don’t think they changed linen, maybe once…because the front of house has some communication problems we did not understand everything from them…v bad communication and tbh we did not felt welcomed at all…not friendly…I would avoid it. Beach is very nice and v close and we ended up eating out, local tavernas are very good and affordable. Overall we had a great holiday but not a nice stay at this hotel, the travel agent solded us the holiday advertising this hotel as 3 stars but I don’t think it has 3 stars.. swimming pool v small and closes at 7…not nice

  Simple but cosy

  If you dont looking for luxury hotel , this hotel is good choice for good money. Room was very simple but clean. Breakfast and dinner average but fresh and tasty.Staff was very friendly. Pool was clean and quiet, without children. Beach was very close and from teracce you can saw amazing view. Area was very nice and clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

  We've spent a week in the hotel. I would not recommend it, as: 1.) rooms are small, old, the closet is stinky, the shower rooms is sooo tiny I couldn't even have a good shower.... There is no television in the room.. .Furthermore, you need to pay for the safe, for air conditioning and for the fridge as well. 2.) The food is acceptable, but not appetizing or well-chosen. There are always the same foods, you get fed up with it within 3 days... You need to pay (a lot) for the drinks, even for water. 3.) the pool and the garden are great; there are a lot of nice plants in the garden. The hotel is near to the beach and to the city center. 4.) The staff is not very helpful or communicative - they do not even speak English. Crete and Stalis are beautiful, we enjoyed our vacation but I would not recommend this hotel.

  What an amazing place :-) !

  We stayed there for the second time and were absolutely satisfied with everything!The owner are very kind people and help everytime when you need it.The breakfast are amazing, and also dinners (especially cook's tzatziky! - I love them) The room is clear and nice. Day by day cleaned by staff. Thank you so much! And we will be back :)
