  When we arrived there we noticed that the hotel looked different than what the pictures showed. When we got to our room we found that there was a leak in the ceiling. The leak was sewage water from the room above. The staff didnt try to fix it or give us another room and instead told us to find a different hotel. After a few minutes of discussion they gave us another room. Halfway through the stay we found ants covering the entire kitchen and had contaminated the food we bought. The AC stopped working and they didnt even try to fix it. The staff struggle with understanding english. The only good thing about the staff is the kind woman in the bar. The pool is nice.

  This is a really nice hotel with clean and nicely laid out rooms, friendly and helpful staff and a breakfast that is regularly topped up. Great pool too. The rooms are cleaned daily which is not something that always happens here. Great shower too. 3 minutes from the beach and restaurants just a few minutes away.

  We stayed at Relax for one week, and it was a really good experience! The hotel was clean, the room was cozy and the bathroom was renovated. Pool area was peaceful and cozy, made it easy to relax. Nearby Orion Star offered a good breakfast and other services. The staff at both Orion Star and Relax were so great, kind and polite and always helpful. The hotel has a great location, only a few minutes to the beach and good restaurants and stores. Thank you!

  Room w/a view; Excellent, friendly, "generous" and helpful attention/ service from the reception desk.[ A special shoutout to George (son of the owner) for taking care of things with ease. ]A short enough walk to the beach; no problem.Breakfast available at the pool bar - or make your own (we did).All good; we would book again if Agia Marina is our destination next time :)Ingemar/ Sandra from Sweden

  We booked last minute flight to Crete and we had chance to spent 2 nights in this hotel. It was really good and clean hotel with a nice pool, friendly crew and good food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good hotel.
