The hotel was modernised in 2019/2020. Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 136 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. Guests can get more information about excursions at the tour desk. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, room service (limited hours and for a fee), an alarm call service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. Rooms

A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example tennis, bocce, volleyball and jogging or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking and horse riding. Guests can partake in various water sports, including snorkelling and water aerobics. In addition, diving is offered for a fee. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. The hotel offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a sauna and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Third-party operators offer massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Warm hospitality and a cosy atmosphere await guests in 2 non-smoking restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special is offered as a catering option.     We spent the week here, waiting on our transfer now. On arrival I was slightly disappointed with the place, though we actually had a brilliant time. A family of 6 with 2 adult kids, we booked a 2 room family room and a twin room. The twin room was upgraded at no charge. The room was cleanish, under the beds were pretty dirty and the bathroom probably needs updating, no cockroaches or ants so I was happy! The pool area is lovely though the tiles are very slippery but ok with sliders on. The water slides are good but the blue slide needs replacing, all got some kind of injury from it but nothing serious. The food is constant as with all other all inclusive resorts. The main meals wasn’t the best though nobody went hungry.All in all we all had a great time.

    It's true that this hotel is a few years old, but the management is striving to keep it alive today and doesn't skimp on annual investments that allow it to successfully withstand the test of time. It lacks nothing. Its well-appointed hillside location is rather an asset and allows for beautiful architectural variations while allowing less athletic guests to use it efficiently (multiple elevators, access ramps, and golf carts on request). Downstream, its direct and private access to the sea is a plus. Peace and quiet combined with a high-performance "all-inclusive" service will allow everyone to find their own personalized stay. And what about the team in the broadest sense, who strives to satisfy your every desire. This year was our fifth stay, and we had nothing but praise for the quality of the rest. The food is varied, and we appreciate its Cretan dominance. The breakfasts are plentiful, and here again, the staff fulfills your every desire. I highly recommend this place where we also enjoyed the tennis and the adults-only swimming pool.
