    Despina is the friendliest, kindest staff member at the hotel, she makes the best frappes at the hotel, and Theo is an amazing staff member, he does the bestest cocktails, we had an amazing time, chilled and relaxing, thank you for having us, we will return. Charlotte & Natasha x

    Beautiful hotel, went all inclusive, really enjoyed our time here, all staff are very friendly and helpful, reliable minibus service from the hotel into the local town and back for a small charge. Beautiful old town, well worth a visit.Other trips available with pick up from the hotel. Every evening we paid a visit to the the bar to be served drinks by the lovely Konstantina, she is always smiling, and lovely to chat with when the bar isn't overly busy.

    We had a really nice stay at RG Village Crete. The hotel is clean, well looked after, and the staff are generally very kind and welcoming. The food was tasty too, even if the choice isn’t huge.The best part of our stay, though, was definitely the people. A special shoutout to Despoina from the Stasi coffee trailer – she’s honestly amazing. She’s always smiling, super friendly, and just has such a positive vibe. She really made us feel welcome every single day and added something special to our holiday.Also, big credit to the bartender Konstantina – she was fantastic. She remembered what we liked to drink, always greeted us with a smile, and was just genuinely warm and friendly. You could tell she really cares about guests and making them feel good.Overall, we’d definitely recommend this hotel – mainly because of these lovely people who made our stay so much better.

    My holiday at RG was brilliant!I couldn't ask for more.Rooms were clean and of good size.Food was delicious. The hotel do their best to keep happy those who wants to try Greek food, and those looking for English / continental breakfast/ lunch.Every staff member we were dealing with was great. Helpful and approachable. There was never an issue with anything.2 ladies that are standing out are Despina and Kostadina (I am probably misspelling her name...). They always had smile on their face, there was never a delay with order, they played great music, and just made everything they could to make us feel relaxed and looked after.The whole place is well kept. If you go down pass the main pools and a gate there is lovely flat path to take you to supermarket (less than 1 mile).Yes, the hotel is outside of the town, but it is clearly seen on the map, and gives you the benefit of enjoying quiet holiday in your own company.

    Just had a lovely stay here at rimondi .Rooms are very clean, food is ok, not quite 5* star , maybe 4* at best but we still got good value for what we paid.The staff are amazing especially Konstantina behind the bar & Reception staff made us feel welcomed and also remembered our drinks! Excellent service. Recommend the pina coladas lol very tasty!
