  Everything was great, the view is perfect, you have everything you need for an perfect vacation.The staff is very helpful and friendly.The owner gives you informations where is ok to eat, recommends what places to visit.

  The room was large enough, very good condition, ample balcony and views towards the sea. The owner was very friendly and ready to satisfy any request. Not to forget to mention the very tasty cake the owner has prepared for our arrival!! strongly recommended

  For us it was the second time and we 'll come back.Nice, clean and quiet rooms. Nice terrace to sit with a nice view.Friendly manager.But is too far from town, so you need a car. In Sitia are many nice restaurants.   Warm welcome to Sitia

  Above all, Kostis, the owner, gives a very warm welcome to guests - we noticed him ensuring other guests were personally received by him and looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. Firstly, we stayed in a garden view apartment. This apartment is very large, comprising a roomy dining/lounge area and a type of mezzanine short step up to a twin bedded platform. The bathroom was very large and the bedroom was roomy enough to have 2 seats within as well. The decor is all Cretan style (almost like "Bavarian" maybe) and there were lots of little extras like tea, coffee, sugar, plus water and orange juice in the large fridge freezer. It is a little dark in this apartment - on very hot days, this would likely be a plus point. We were "on standby" for a sea view apartment and this became available after 2 days. This apartment offered great views over the coastline and a lovely, fairly large balcony. We really loved this apartment. Again, Kostis has ensured everything you might need is provided (towels, changed regularly), washing up items, everything for self-catering including cloths etc. A cleaning lady comes in every day! Kostis is very keen to ensure guests have a great stay at his apartments and it seemed to us that he would do whatever he could to facilitate this. He also likes to socialise with guests and gives lots of advice and tips about the local area. We thought this was one of the things that really made a difference to the enjoyment of our stay - anyone considering a holiday here would not need to worry that they wouldn't be looked after. We found the mattresses a little hard - this was our personal opinion, but Kostis will probably look at other feedback to decide whether or not it is worth getting mattress toppers or something! Everything was spotlessly clean. It almost felt like you were staying in someone's home - there were little personal touches. Very peaceful; absolutely ideal for those wanting to "get away from it all". Literally a five minute drive from Siteia - a super, "real" town, not touristy.   Our vacation on Romanza Villas was perfect. The rooms have a nice style and were clean. We had everything what we needed. It's easy to find, quiet place and not far from the Sitia and beach. The most cozy place is the balcony, it seems that you can sit here forever... With breakfast or in the evening with glass of wine. Kostis and his family is very helpful, sincere and hospitable.
