    I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is very clean, it has a pool and the room was spacious with a kitchenette and ensuite. The staff were lovely and always helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back, making it a perfect place to unwind. Its location is excellent, close to Chania town, supermarkets, and shops. The prices are very reasonable, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

    We have just returned from a fabulous 10 day holiday at Sea View Hotel and apartments. Our taxi from the airport was arranged by the lovely lady on reception, who is always on hand to help with anything you need. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was very large, with a well stocked self catering area and fridge. The bed was really comfortable, free air conditioning and the shower was always hot. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe, lots of plug sockets and a drying rack outside with pegs provided. Room cleaned daily with towels every 3 days. The pool area was great, with comfy sun beds and a bar providing lovely snacks at lunchtime. The young man working here was so friendly and helpful too. Breakfast had a fantastic selection with an fresh orange juice machine which was great. There was a bus stop into Chania town about 5 mins walk away, frequent air conditioned buses and a large supermarket about 10 mins walk away. There was a path alongside the beach, where you could walk into an area with a good selection of restaurants. This took about 15 mins. We also used the nearby beach club on the beach which was lovely. All in all we had a really relaxing stay and would highly recommend Sea View. We plan to return sometime.

    Sea View Hotel and Apartments Chania really is a wonderful place to stay. Communication prior to your stay is exceptional. Long before your arrival Ms Fotini will contact you with all relevant details regarding your stay. The reception closes at 6pm and in case your arrival is later than this then she will provide you with a code for the main sliding door. Your room key card and welcome pack will be on the reception desk. There will be a bottle of wine in your fridge as a welcome treat.A taxi from Chania airport will cost €35 and I would advise you to book this through Ms Fotini so you don’t get ripped off like we did.The hotel is off the beaten track and the area is quiet so if you are looking for a lot of nightlife then this area is not for you. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms are immaculate and are large and spacious with everything you need to self-cater. All rooms have a small balcony and ours (facing the garden) enjoyed the evening sun. The rooms are serviced daily and the towel art provided by the maid was a nice touch. The beds themselves are large and very comfortable. The rooms all have air conditioning (free). WIFI reception throughout the hotel is also very good.The continental breakfast was a delight. Yulli takes great pride in ensuring everything is perfectly presented and ensures the breakfast area is kept spotlessly clean. The choice is exceptional from delicious homemade treats, fresh pastries and cakes, jams, bread, cereals, cheeses etc etc are all fresh and delicious. There is also a small hot option too.The pool area is quiet with comfy sunbeds. You can purchase pool side snacks and drinks throughout the day until 6pm. The hotel does not cater for evening meals however there are numerous places to eat within a 20-40 minute walk depending if you go left or right when you come to the beach. The restaurants on the left along an unlit beachside walk (we felt safe) are closer and we found them to be excellent. Our favourite was Sterna Chrisi Akti on Daskalogianni Str. If you walk to the right you can walk into Chania Old town in 35-40 minutes and on the way you will come across countless wonderful restaurants.Chania Old Town is a wonderful place to explore. Full of small back streets and lanes that will keep the avid shopper occupied for hours. The restaurants in the old town are obviously more expensive but full of character. If you don’t like walking there is a regular bus service that will take you into the heart of Chania Old Town. The bus stop is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. You can purchase bus tickets from Ms Fotini at reception. The beach is 5-10 minute walk and has soft sandy beaches with plenty of places to eat and drink. You can also hire sunbeds and life guards are in attendance.There is a mini market a few minutes away who stocks the basics and a larger supermarket 10-15 minutes walk. We hired a car for 5 days arranged through Ms Fotini who ensured we got a good deal. I would recommend hiring a car as you can explore so much more of the island that way.Ms Fotini is a wonderful receptionist. Very professional who speaks quite a few languages. She knows the area like the back of her hand and will help you with any enquiries you may have about the local area, the best restaurants and she will also organise trips at a very competitive rate. Remember cash is king and you can sometimes get a better deal that way.All in all we really loved our stay at Sea View. The hotel itself is great with excellent staff. It is an ideal place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. It is a very quiet area and ideal for people who don’t mind a walk.

    Excellent communication prior to arrival, very helpful. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helped with travel arrangements and booked restaurants. The room was large , light and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The pool area was an absolute treat and the bar staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for the beach , and buses into Chania . Would highly recommend

    Our stay at Sea view & apartments was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The room was immaculate, offering stunning views and every comfort we could wish for. The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight and better than many 4 stars hotels.The staff were consistently attentive and friendly. Overall, our experience was perfect in every way, and we can’t wait to return.
