    Heaven on earth. Nice rooms. Perfect view. Very clean and tidy. Nice pool area with good sun beds. Beach across the street. Beach nice with sand. Water clear.

    A very special place to stay . Family run , with the son Eric in reception , informative and helpful at all times . Renata , the mother overseeing the housekeeping , all area are immaculately clean and well maintained . The pool area is spotless and very relaxing . . Just yards from a beautiful sandy beach , with plenty of sunbeds . Within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants . I would like to back to the accommodation , all rooms have se. Jews from the balconies , kitchens are well equipped as are the bathrooms . Comfortable beds with spotless linen Downstairs there is a competitively priced snack bar that offers service on the beach All the staff are hard working ,friendly and very efficient Can’t wait to returnHave already booked for next year Special mention to papa for the flowers and to Victor for the fresh fruit

    Clean and comfortable and calm. Friendly, caring staff. Good size pool. Great location right beside the sea and near the town. Smallish room and kitchenette but fine for a week. Comfortable bed. Loved the blackout door and mosquito door. No hesitation about coming back here. Thanks Eric and staff!

    The reviews do not lie, this is an excellent apartment hotel. The management accommodated any requests , the staff in the cafe for breakfast were delightful, and the cleaning staff worked tirelessly to keep the place clean. We had amazing weather 30 degrees even in October and it was great being able to laze by the pool. Sitia itself with loads of cafes and restaurants is only 5 minutes walk and the hotel has its own beach. We loved it (we were there for six nights) and would happily return.

    Sitia Bay apartments - Booked for one night and wasn't disappointed. Totally relaxed environment 😊 Will definitely return in the future for several nights and would highly recommend to others. Dealt with Eric who was extremely helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit, directions, places to eat. The dinner recommendation for Inodion "Eastern Crete Cuisine" was fab! Thank you Eric for your attention to details big and small and for all your helpful suggestions!Parking...in the back, off street parking with access to the back entrance "including wheelchair accessible ramp" to the lobby and or rooms. Elevator available for use.What we noticed upon arriving is the Immaculate cleanliness at the hotel throughout the establishment, hats off to the cleaner's they do a fantastic job!!!Seaview in every room, right across is the sandy beach/sea. Beach chairs offered by the hotel are extremely reasonably priced. Pool area has great and comfortable lounge chairs, seating area in the shade and play area for kids. On one end of the pool is a Jacuzzi and it was glorious. Lounged all afternoon by the pool and in the non chlorinated water. What a treat. Ordered and enjoyed a nice light lunch Greek Salad with tuna, from the Cafe downstairs. Only recommendation for the Cafe is to remember to bring napkins to the table with meals. Could have been a slight oversight which is understandable. We would not hesitate to highly recommend staying at Sitia Bay apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area with stove and oven and everything one could need to prepare a meal. Bathroom is spacious and Bedroom is huge.Blackout outer blinds, bug screens on the balcony door. Table and chairs on the balcony. Laundry hangers outside the front door. Reasonably priced spacious accommodation, all with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding area. Online pictures in my view don't do this place justice, its far from a 3☆ accommodation.Eric mentioned that in Sitia there is always a nice breeze and it's not over populated with tourists, which we both noticed and loved. Quiet and peaceful place ❤️Love the Eastern side of Crete, beautiful drive, stunning views. Special thanks to Eric for all your help and recommendations.See you in the not too distant future!
