  Absolutely awful place, from the hotel not looking anything like the pictures, rude staff who glard at us everytime we entered Reception, towels or loo roll not changed once in 4 days, mouldy food left in the fridge from previous guests, hairs in fridge and all over spare bedding.This experience completely ruined our trip. The hotel staff were not helpful and the lady at the front of house was quite confrontational when my partner asked for help to open the room, She shouted in his face!!! I urge anyone not to book this hotel. We have complained to our holiday company and plan to take this further.

  Building very tired and photos do not resemble what it looks like now. Place is stinking of stale smoke and is dirty. Lots of broken items including lights, window handles, doors, etc. Mould and water damage to walls and ceilings around light fixtures. Electrical sockets on walls open and exposing wires. Floor and counters were dirty. Fridge was dirty inside and then filled with water the next day. Constant noise sounded like a chair scraping on the floor from the room above. Easily the worst place I have ever stayed.

  3 night in aparthotel for leisure. Room very nice, housekeepinh every day take off gabgage and refill everything for bathroom, maybe it wpuld be nice to clean windows propperly and below bed, but for this price is very good. Little bit outside city centre, but around is also enough to see/view. Taxi from aparthotel to city center approx 4-5-6€. Ms. Irina (I hope I wrote her name good, is great!

  It’s was I have never met such an animal, he was rude, he threatened ….night worker turk or Arab next time i will call the police… I hope he will be fired, he is also a preoccupied maniac who is dangerous. Women do not check into this hotel yourself. the hotel is smelly dirty ... and some unknown nationality will beat you and threaten yiu !!!!!.

  After 2 hours travelling, working all day and after that 2 more hours travelling back, the only thing that I wanted was to check out and you know... (to go to the toilet). Ok, but NO. I had to wait 40 minutes to bring me a toilet paper, because there wasn,t any in the room... Very, really very slow check in. The room itself is ok and the lication is ok.
