    It's not what is advertised, dirty sheets and towels, scum all round the pool, broken bed we had to fix, no air conditioning, kitchenette was totally empty, not even a kettle, dirty bathroom with hair hanging from the shower, you ask them to clean and they said they would but again we did it ourselves, food in all inclusive was luke warm at best,I have an allergy to mushrooms and told them this everyday but everything everyday contained mushrooms and i was told just to pick them out, a hostel has better facilities,

    We originally thought not to pay attention to bad reviews because there were some good reviews for this hotel. DO NOT DO THIS We arrived from our transfer at 00:10, there was no receptionist or anyone to check us in. We called a night number which there was no answer too, many times. The hotel is unlocked and unstaffed all through the night. Had to find another hotel after 4 hours of waiting. All inclusive drinks are left warm on the side, and the food I wouldn’t even serve to a cow. The staff were rude and discriminated against religion dietary requirements, when asked about it he became very passive aggressive.

    Never stayed anywhere so bad. No staff on arrival. All inclusive is not at all, no snacks throughout the day, alcohol is 1 draught beer and a jug of red wine! Rooms don’t get cleaned, bed and towels aren’t changed in a week! Spent over €700 euros just for me and my boyfriend to eat, and we aren’t fussy! Only good side of this hotel is the location, beach is 10 second walk and main shopping street is 10 seconds the opposite way.

    The hotel was unstaffed on arrival. Had to find an alternative and pay for that. Went back next day to no staff. A locked bar with no food despite it being mealtime. We were refused a refund despite not staying there as was not at all as advertised. Booked with Love Holidays who i also would not recomend. Does not look like photos. Do not be fooled and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

    It was a terrible experience. The rooms were dirty. The cleaning staff came once or twice a week. The bed sheets and towels were changed 3 times in 14 days... The first thing we did was to buy a disinfectant, mop, a bucket and a broom and started to clean the room. The furniture was damaged. Broken windows. For a so called 3 stars hotel, they did not have a TV or a glass. There was a cooking are but they did not have any cutlery and dishes, nothing. We bought the trip from TUI. No wonder they also have such a "great" rating.
