    Amzing family hotel. One of the best and friendly staff team you will ever find. Some stood out: John Kirao from activities. Gave us very good entertainment.Angela from activity. Kids loved her. Fanny from front desk. Very kind. Kitchen manager Marzine. Very friendly and always smiling. Marina at restaurant team. Kind lady. Spa team, Katharina was incredible. Joanna at spa reception was such a helpful person. Aspa and other lady at Cocktail bar was amaaazing!!! Very clean and spacious room. Swimming pools, indoor pool not heated but good weather will make up for that. Amazing spread for buffet. Very tasty food. So many selection of desserts.Very family friendly, Beach right outside Hotel. Overall amazing experience. Will definitely come back!!!!!

    Beachfront resort in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the airport. Large private parking area available free of charge.The property has been recently renovated: the common areas are spacious, well designed and, above all, extremely clean, with staff constantly working to maintain every area spotless.There are 5 swimming pools, including a mini waterpark for children, making the resort perfect for families, fully reflecting the SOL by Meliá brand standards. The only small downside is that the indoor pool, open during the colder months, is unfortunately not heated.The hotel beach is clean and well equipped, with sunbeds and umbrellas included, as well as beach volleyball and football courts. The resort also offers mini golf, a bocce court, table football, table tennis, a games room and an entertainment program with activities for both adults and children scheduled throughout the day. Pleasant evening entertainment is available at the main bar.The real highlight is definitely the restaurant: the food was excellent, always varied and of very good quality. The all inclusive formula allows guests to eat and drink practically at any time of the day, and they even brought additional food amenities directly to our room.A special thank you to the waitresses Georgia and Antigoni, who were serving our section. Besides being professional and extremely efficient, just like the rest of the staff, they always had a smile on their faces.We stayed in a spacious bungalow, perfect for a family of four, with a nice outdoor area as well. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom featured a modern new shower. As in many parts of the island, toilet paper cannot be flushed in the WC.Finally, we would like to sincerely thank Ms. Fani from the Guest Experience Team, who made us feel like part of the family. She was always available, caring, full of useful recommendations and incredibly kind and welcoming.We love the Meliá brand, and this experience was yet another confirmation of its quality.

    Lovely hotel,fantastic staff john is a lovely entertainer, only thing we found is not much english food too much French. Rooms cleaned daily, clean hotel and pool. Would be an idea to have fridges round hotel with bottles of water.

    Sol Marina beach hotel crete was amazing. From start to end we enjoyed so much. It is a beautiful family hotel. Very Clean spacious room. Very nice food. Very very good wifi coverage. Every corner of the hotel. We had all inclusive. Entertainment team was great. Angela and Hira were our daughter's fav activity persons.Front desk staff very nice and accomodating. Fanny was incredible. Aspa and other lady at the cocktail bar were very sweet.There is Gym, Nice little shop inhouse, Swimming pools. Icecreams. Buffet. Mini disco. beach just outside the hotel. Playroom for kids. Mini club. Kitchen manager was very professional. Professional photographer available with extra charge if you like photoshoot experience. Front desk helped us book taxi to go an experience Heraklion city, which is 20 min away.Spa team Joanna, Katharina and other gentleman were amazing. Overall incerdible stay.
