  Very nice central located hotel

  Perfect location near all shops market car rental and supermarket nearby. Spacious rooms with a big balcony and clean . Staff very polite and helpful with all area directions and taxi .Beach is only a 50 m walk away and there is very fast wifi internet . Overall i had a very good and satisfying stay.

  The 4 of us were here on a vacation, had the room with air conditioning and we didn't turn it on even once in 8 days, there was no need to although it was really hot outside. The room is basic but a had big dining room which was awesome for 8-10 people hanging out. 7/10 clean because of old matresses and floor which they cleaned better after 3 days when the cleaning lady changed the sheets and all rest. The man in the reception was very polite, helpful and had a fast responce to all we needed, but doesnt speak english so good, haha. We are 23-25 years of range and for us it had all we needed. Cheap, so close to the beach and clubs, stores and flea markets, yet so quiet. We havent heard any sound from other guests and they were fully booked during our stay. The people living and working there are awesome and fun. Don't go to the first beach, so many rocks, take a 5 min walk to the left, there is a big private hotel beach but allowed for non guests too, so clean and a beautiful view. Definitely will come again!

  I was there with my whole family (couple + 4 Youngsters) for 4 Nights. At the beginning we got room without aircondition, and the heat was terrible. Later we got an airconditioned room for extra price. The beds are old and not clean matresses. The shower hardly work. It looks like a bad hotel in the third world. But the location is great, and for families there are some big rooms with like dining room.

  Hotel Sonia Mare is a basic low cost hotel, The rooms are basic and clean and there are no meals. The target audience is mostly youngsters. And there are different type of rooms for couples and for groups. The owner is very nice man which hardly speaks English. Air Condition and safe are charged extra. The location is good 10 minutes from the beach and few minutes to the supermarket. Generally recommended for a low cost stay.
