  We have all three villas for our hollyday. Host was very hepfull, villas and garden looks more beter than on the photos. 🌺We have everything, that we need and more. Everything was clean and nice.   We have just ended our holiday having stayed at Villa Nikos in Stavromenos for 14 nights.We cannot praise the villa or Stamatis, the owner, highly enough.Nothing was too much trouble and the villa was exactly as the pictures and information suggested.There is a hill climb to the villa however, this helped walk off all the great food and drink we had whilst here.The villa was very clean and well maintained. Whilst we were here we had numerous villa and pool cleaning visits.We did hire a car as this meant we could also explore the island of Crete which is beautiful.Thank you Stamatis and Crete for giving us a great family holiday.We will definitely be returning.Stephen, Lynda, Joe and Fred Jackson.   I’m highly recommend Stavromenos villas, it absolutely worth the money we paid. We stayed at villa Nikos, it has 3 bedrooms, panoramic sea view, perfect swimming pool and an amazing barbecue area. The villa was clean and honestly, looks much better in real life than on photos. I’d recommend you to take sponge and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes and also a toilet paper. Everything you can buy at the Lidl supermarket it is located about 10 minutes by car. The owner of the villa was very host, kind and he provide us a lot of information regarding beaches supermarkets etc. We will definitely return but for at least 10 nights, because 7 nights were not enough for us at this beautiful place.   We stayed at villa Nikos for almost a month.It is equipped with everything you might need and in an ideal position if you want to discover the island. Allthough the beds are a bit hard and the bathrooms are a bit dated, we‘ll definitely be back.   X4 Adults X3 ChildrenWe had a 10 day holiday here it was lovely as soon as we arrived Stamatis was there to show us round and was more then helpful always checking in to see if we was ok and if there was anything he could do for us, he recommend some beautiful restaurants to us in Rethymno town by the harbour, the villa was lovely beautiful views, there is a shop down the hill 10 minutes walk but feels like forever getting back up the hill lol, shop is ok for basics (they also sell coal there for the bbq) there is another supermarket in the opposite direction about 20 minute walk that you can get most things from, we got a cab back from there which was €8 would highly recommend getting a car we hired one for 4 days but wish we got one for longer we went to Rethymno town quite a lot €20 in a cab each way beach there is lovely lots of shops and restaurants would definitely go back but would definitely be hiring a car again overall we had a lovely holiday here :)
