  If you like Marvel, you will love this hotel

  We LOVED this hotel! Whilst check-in was a let down, with the only rude team member we encountered in France, the rest of our stay was amazing. The hotel is very well appointed and all staff were so helpful and friendly (except at check in when all I wanted was an access card for my daughter). We were lucky enough to get a high level room facing Buena Vista Lake. We loved walking the hotel and looking at the Art. We enjoyed the Skyline Bar (returning three times), ate great food at the buffet and in Disney Village Walk. Disneyland was easily accessible. This hotel was a true highlight.

  Marvel Magic, Great Location, Lovely Staff — One Thing Missing

  We had an amazing stay at the Marvel Hotel in Disney. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was fantastic and really brought the Marvel universe to life. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome.We tried the Downtown and Manhattan restaurants, as well as the Skyline Bar, and each one delivered a brilliant Marvel‑themed experience. The kids club was also a huge bonus, it kept the children entertained while we enjoyed some downtime from the parks.Another big positive was the location. It was only about an 8 minute walk from the parks, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day.The only downside was the lack of real characters. For the price you pay, I would have expected characters to walk around like they do in the other hotels. It would have added that extra touch of magic.

  Brilliant location for the hotel! We have lost our daughters comforter and we are hopeful of finding as it was left in the room prior to be it being cleaned. System is through troov but would be easier to contact the hotel directly. Staff were outstanding in all of hotel and bars.

  We were staying at empire estate club room which was very good with amazing view of the lake. Decent size rooms with full amenities, excellent breakfast with full range of choices. Few minutes walk to the entrance of both parks.
