    I have been travelling on and off for 25 years and i have to say this hotel is excellent, by far one of the best in Crete. I had a superior double room, basically a 44m2 apartment and it was very nice, looked great, modern with everything you need even a washing machine. Touch panels to control lights and AC, very nice bathroom. Big ground balcony with banana palms and a view of the pool. The snack bar by the pool offers a great variety of food & drinks, more than any other pool/snack bar i have seen. Very good food, the chef knows what he's doing. Happy hour from 18-20.00, with 20% on drinks and food. Breakfast was good, fresh and varied.Its a 5-10 min buss/car ride to Rethymno city. 5 min walk to the beach. 50-100m to the left of the hotel is a nice big supermarket with everything you could possibly want.The hotel has this great option of keeping your room for some extra hours on checkout day so you dont have to wander around for hours and hours. 10€ per hour.Great staff, always smiling, always provides great service, everyone from the cleaning staff to the bartenders to management.This was my eighth time to Crete and i have found my favorite hotel and will be booking here for all my future crete travels. 5/5👌

    We have just returned from 2 lovely weeks at the summer dream hotel in Rethymno, after initially been given a room which was a little noisy Nitsa moved us without any hassle, I must say there was nothing wrong with the first room, I’m sure many would enjoy the balcony overlooking a buzzing street but we like quiet, the rooms are clean modern and the hotel and staff couldn’t be more friendly, the room we where moved to was a suite it had 2 bedrooms, 2 balcony’s a living room and fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave large fridge/freezer and cooker with ceramic hob, the snack bar and pool area was lovely with really friendly bar staff, thank you Nitsa and all the team for making out 2 week stay perfect

    Really nice hotel with great rooms, nice and helpful staff and soft sunbeds. Also a great poolbar. Location near the beach and quiet we also loved. We had a really great stay there.Only reason we dont rate 5 stars Is the breakfast with Is below the hotel standard and not worth the money. The eggs were cold, the yoghurt was not. The "juice" was som awful concentrate that everyone just tried once. The veggies were dried out and the cheese was like rubber.We loved the hotel, but if we visit again it will be without the breakfast.

    22/06/2025 room 210Was greeted with the warmest of welcome.Rooms very modern and cleanBreakfast was fun with the staff, limited hot food which suited us, fresh fruit, yogurt and an arrangement of pastries. Perfect!.Over the road is the beach, free sun beds when you purchase a drink.Walk into the old town is a flat 20 minute stroll with bars and restaurants along the way.Because of the heat we paid a 7euro taxi there, and walked home, obviously trying all the bars on the way home 🥂Are we returning, absolutely. Wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you

    Stayed here for a week early June, hotel was clean & rooms a good size. Staff genralky friendly, especially the bar staff.Great location, close to small supermarket & Yalla! A brilliant places for breakfast, lunch or just a cold drink, also offer free loungers with great service on beach. A must try!!
