This boutique hotel is situated in the heart of Kokini Hani, in a lively area with shopping and entertainment, right by the sea. It is an ideal starting point for beach holidaymakers or families who would like to get to know the area better. A variety of restaurants, bars and shops are just a few metres away.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2023. The hotel has a reception desk and features 30 non-smoking rooms and 2 suites. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a safe, medical assistance, a laundry service and a fax machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds and children's beds are available upon request and for a fee. Guests may safely secure their valuables in a safe for an additional fee. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. 5 family rooms are available for parents with children.

    A very beautiful hotel. It is next to the beach and there is a pool where you can eat and drink whatever you want. Also it is very close to a bus station that helped a lot with public transportation

    I stayed in this hotel and the vacation was beautiful. The hotel is next to the sea, the view is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is great. For breakfast and dinner we had a buffet with a large selection of dishes and every day something new, very good and tasty food. Greek cuisine is great and very tasty. I made new friends Vicky and Levrentis who work at the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel and will gladly come again.

    Wonderful Penelope is the heart of this hotel

    We arrived late . We were given room 1. Expect some noise as this is next to reception and you'll here people coming and going. Room was comfortable with air con and small balcony to sit on. The lovely wonderful Penelope has made this trip for us she is always smiling and funny. A mention for Maria too who is so sweet. I think the manager/owner could be more friendly and engage with his hotel guests more.

    George an Lavrendis are the best in the Hotel, they are so polite and have a good sense of humor. Hotel has a greatlocation, just by the perfect beach. We will n back definitely. Waterpark and Heraklion are also closed. The food is good, the room tidiness also great.
