    For a relaxing stay where you can get to the beaches, nightlife and dining easily but don't have to be in the center of it, this is the place to stay. The host, Dania, was so welcoming and helpful. We got the recommendation from Lonely Planet and we couldn't have been more pleased.Our room had a lovely balcony where we could sit for a drink or to play cards. We went in October and there was never anyone else in the pool the 3 times we swam. It is an easy couple of blocks walk into old town where Dania recommended some fabulous restaurants for dinner. The hotel offers an enormous breakfast with so many different options served on a charming patio.

    Returned after a short two day stay in the Spring. Just as good as I'd remembered. Wonderful, warm service, beautiful breakfast, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. This is the BEST little hotel in Crete. Absolutely lovely. Thoroughly recommend.

    We were a group of 8 girls visiting Malia for a girls holiday. The hotel itself was beautiful, after seeing a few other hotels our friends were staying in, this was by far the nicest. And for such an amazing price, the rooms are all modernly done and the pool area is small but equally as pretty. To top off our whole stay the staff are delightful, the receptionist staff were so kind and made reservations at the best restaurants. Mano behind the bar is so lovely and makes the best drinks. And the security at the hotel Manos made sure to check every single one of us came in after we went on a night out. The hotel wasn’t made for party holidays as they had all different types of people staying but nevertheless we had the best time. Would definitely return!

    One word: marvellous!It was such a wonderful experience staying here! The rooms where always clean and had a lot of great little extras each and every day. The stuff was always happy to help us and recommend amazing beaches and restaurants. Best girls trip ever, we will come back!

    Worst experienced of my life.

    Got threatened by the receptionist, got told twice “I don’t know how things are in YOUR country.........” I thought being condescending about where someone is from was so out? Got yelled at, and also continues hearing the woman scream as we were in our room. Incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional. This was all over a bottle of water and the fact that it wasn’t allowed to bring it to the pool area. Mind you, we had brought water the days before (and our friends had had pizza and sodas that they bought elsewhere the day before.) Incredibly confusing how the rules changed over a day and how strongly and strangely the receptionist acted when this was questioned. What was a nice trip became really ruined by this.
