Location

Centrally located in Stalis, this apartment complex is about 150 m from a beach.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 21 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service, a fax machine and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop and tea/coffee station. There are many ways to relax or stay active in the complex, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, horse riding, diving, a gym, billiards and hiking.

    Just left the Sunshine studios after 10 nights bed and breakfast and had an excellent time. All the staff are friendly and helpful and always have time for a conversation. The rooms and grounds are kept clean and tidy. The only down point was going home .A big thank you to Kostas and his crew.

    Central location off Beach Road. Minutes walk to all restaurants and bars. Apartments very clean. Friendly hosts.Food and drinks served all day , including breakfast at pool side bar. Scenic views and quiet. Recommend.

    This was our first post-lockdown stay, but we have been staying here since 2011Kostas (and now Sula) kept the place ticking over during the day, but there’s no longer a BBQ, nor a late bar which Manos used to help with late evenings.The bar food as always was great, and good value.Since we were here last, the bar now sported a smart new permanent pergola-type shaded area; Everywhere else looked very clean & tidy as always. However, the apartments looked the same, yet a little tired (same curtains, bedcovers etc); likewise with the sunbeds – Kostas took great care to repair the existing beds, but the mattresses were stored in the nearby field each night where they got wet, & dusty. A small block new apartments (apparently which will be for sale, not let) have been built attached back-to-back with Sunshine just by the entrance. Let’s hope these don’t drive away Sunshine’s returning guests – because it looked like Sunshine were not relying on potential new guests, most were returnees.

    Stayed here for.11 nights and may i say what a cracking little place this is. The apartments are spotless with all you need for a s/c holiday. Sheets and towels changed every other day. Room was cleaned every other day also unlimited hot water. We had a lovely pool view and the pool ares was again spktless as was the bar area. Manos and every one of his staff are extremely courteous and helpful and i would recommend these apartments to anyone. We will definitely be back

    A hidden gem

    We just got home from 2 weeks at Sunshine apartments. Kostas, Manos and all the staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a 1 bed apartment in the middle floor and it was lovely and clean. The maid came in every other day and changed the towels if we left them in a pile. We had 2 balconies, a smaller one off the lounge area with a clothes dryer on it and the larger balcony off the bedroom with a table and four chairs was a very good size. The bathroom with shower was a good size and had a hair dryer. We didn't use the kitchen apart from the fridge but also has 2 hobs and plenty of cutlery/plates if needed. The beds are very firm so ideal if you like that! A bit too firm for me but rather that than a collapsed squishy one! The pool is a good size, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds available, some around the pool area and more on a large grass area overlooking the mountains, some sunbeds had cushions on making them extra comfortable. The pool is 1.5 metres all round, but there is a small children's pool attached too. The food at the pool bar is tasty with a good range to suit everyone. The local beer is cold, the fresh orange juice is so refreshing. The greek salad is definately not to be missed! The feta is so creamy and tasty. The onsite toilets below reception were kept very clean. My one and only recommendation to make the apartments complete would be to have a toaster in the room. We are not ones for a big breakfast and to have been able to make some toast as a snack would have been helpful. The apartments are set back from the main strip just a short 2 minute stroll away which makes them lovely and quiet. I can highly recommend Sunshine apartments. A hidden gem!
