    good value for the money

    rating25 Sept 2025

The staff was friendly and we've got one of the best rooms from 3rd floor main building (3rd floor is newer) . While other rooms can be really small and are not that nice, ours was really big (with extra sofa and child bed) and had an amazing terace. They were cleaning everyday and sheets every 3 days. The hotel is located right on the beach (no stairs to climb), and it has a beautifull garden. Like expected, the bar/restaurant from the beach is not included in the all inclusive option. But prices are affordable (15 euro/day for 2 sunbeds). The food at the hotel is ok, but dont expect anything fancy. The drinks are served in glasses of 150ml (which for beer is an inconvenient) and there are usually queues. Just 1 local beer, 1 white and 1 red cretan whine and juices from the dispenser (not tasty at all). But there are shops next to the hotel and you can buy anything you want.

    Don't book it!

    rating19 Aug 2025

This hotel was published as all inclusive. It is not that! Limited food options and you have to queue to get to it. Ice-cream served to kids under 12 only between 11AM-12PM and 4PM-5PM. Two soft drinks, one beer option and uzo served after 9PM. The bar closing at 10PM. Most of the staff unwelcoming and one bartender lady really rude. Sunbeds on the beach are paid and the bar on the beach is not included in the all inclusive. Would not recommend, as we paid a lot of money and the hotel is not worth it. Only positive is the location and the beach is lovely!Don't waist your holiday time! Disappointing!

    Great location, amazing staff

    rating04 Aug 2025

This hotel is a really great place to stay. It was my first experience with a 3 star hotel and I have to mention - at multiple points it's better than many 5 ⭐.1. The staff - it's a real treasure of the hotel- the service reflects a 5 star hotel. We could feel the amazing hospitality of greek people. Everyone was very helpful and nice, doing their job on 💯 All is clean, everyone and everything on place. 2. Looks as owners put their heart into this place-you can feel it. 3. Location - it's a small hotel at the 1st line with its own sandy beach. Yes, you are paying 15 Eur/2 sunbeds and umbrella -it worth it. 4. Rooms are a good size, renovated, beds and bedding are comfortable to sleep.5. All inclusive food - you will not be hungry -the choice is not big, but you always have a classic breakfast, lunch&dinner with choice of meat/fish/salad/rice/potatoes and pasta/fruits/deserts Drinks:white/red whine, bear, Fanta/Cola/Sprite. Well, I would not expect more from 3 stars. So if you want smth more special/ delicious -you always can go to Talea's A la carte restaurant on the beach with plenty choice of seafood, amazing greek kitchen and cocktails. You'll be happy of prices there. What to improve (honestly, as for 3 star- all is good and believe if adding below the hotel can become 4 stars):- bathroom: to add a hairdryer (I've just bought at the nearest shop for 12 Eur), shampoo, shower gel. It would be great to have a shower cabin with a glass door (not curtains as now) to avoid water on the floor - sockets (it was just 2 in the room, so you can't charge the same time 2 mobile phones and earphones- juice and better coffee for breakfast. And the possibility to help yourself with non alcoholic drinks-to avoid chains to the bar. - more choice of meat and fish- at hall and canteen the air conditioners can't cope, it's too hot

    DO NOT book this hotel

    rating31 Jul 2025

DO NOT book this hotel, please read the reviews and don't be optimistic (like we were, that the people who wrote bad ones are too picky- NOT, that's the pure reality, no exceptions). We were 7, in different rooms, we had the same experience.Food/ Drinks:- we had All inclusive, even if we rented a car and we knew that we will not have all the meals inside the hotel. We were expecting to have a decent breakfast and maybe dinner, some of the days- the big surprize was that the breakfast contained, almost daily, the same things: eggs - not fried, not blended, but some kind of oven eggs- disgusting overall (when there were boiled eggs, I had what to eat), 5 types of boiled vegetables, some sliced and dried cucumbers and some cheese (2 types), milk rice and that would be all. + 2 types of bread, covered by a nasty dirty towel (same everyday).- I wanted some vinegar/olive oil on that cucumbers, to be able to eat them- to find out that olive oil/vinegar are not an option for the breakfast, but they were nice to bring the bottles to have some and took them back in the kitchen- if you have cold water, there's a luck, you can drink water from a pouring machine, but most of the times it is not cold at all- you can have only 2 glasses of drink once (after you stay in a line for 10 minutes), and if you have something sparkling (as of water/beer), you get only half a glass because the rest is froth- deserts contain few options everyday (4 types, by rotation)- melon/ watermelon, one type of cookie, 2 jelly types (in the first hour- when there are no cookies left, they change it to some disgusting cream)- if you go to eat after 45 minutes after opening, you have all the chances to see empty trays- at 21.00 lights in the restaurant are closed, even if you are still eating...this disappointed me, we are not robots- lunch at 13:00, dinner at 19, nothing between- dinner had 1 option of protein and 15 trays of food including the desserts, you can imagine how limited the options wereRooms:- we did not had expectations, because we knew that it is a 3 stars hotel- when you take a shower, the whole bathroom, including the toilet, is wet- you pay extra fee!!! for air conditioning (5 euros/day) and if you are lucky your AC is working well (ours did, but not our friend's)- the TV was the size of a tablet (no joking)- not an issue for us because we were not going there to watch tv, but still- no hairdryer/toiletries in the room (just an FYI)- the extra bed (for kids) is just a joke- some kind of homemade iron frame construction (lucky to not fall from it)My daughter was sick and vomited 3 days after we arrived there and had the first meal (we spent half a day in the hospital). After she was better, she stepped in some nail leftover on the hotel's terrace and we needed a doctor again. We are the kind of people that are adapting well to uncomfortable situations, not fussy- I am happy with some boiled eggs and some decent vegetables, but this was by far the worst experience. It was not the cheapest stay and if you don't want to just lose some money and precious time, avoid going there.

    I do not recommend

    rating10 Jul 2025

It was terrible with a small child and all-inclusive food, it was not like that at all and the same food was made again every day, the rooms had an antique smell and the air conditioning was full of dust when you turned it on, I do not recommend it at all
