    Super place. The only tourist place where i could sleep nice and rest. Breakfast was amazing and everyone was really nice.

    A good hotel in a quiet area with nice staff. Free parking within the fence and gate (the gate closes at 23:00 every night). Not the prettiest neighborhood, with an abandoned hotel area down to the sea, but we enjoyed ourselves. A short 3 minute walk to a fantastic beach with a beach bar and cheap sun loungers. 5-10 minutes walk to supermarkeds and resturants. Quite ok breakfast and newly renovated and clean hotel room. We chose to check out a day early, but that was according to our desire to visit Chania before traveling home. Taking the cost vs. accommodation, this hotel is good.

    Heaven is only a stroll away

    We had a lovely apartment, very spacious, with all the mod cons. Comfortable bed, air con, mini kitchen, terrace, Next decade bathroom - so many options for how you want your water to come out for shower. Short walk to Heaven Beach and restaurant/bar. Other restaurants/shops on main road. So wanted to give this a 5 but just felt a little let down by owner/manager who was not particularly helpful. We arrived late and asked about the closest restaurant and he said go back to main road but Heaven restaurant is like 50m away not towards main road. I saw their neon light and we went there, it was great for hungry/thirsty late arrivals.

    The hotel is very beautiful, clean rooms,nice yard. The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very nice. The mattresses were new and the room is cleaned every day.The price is also very good. We had room 410 and it was excellent. The air conditioning is working perfectly.

    i came here after a long hike in samaria gorge only to find that the sheets were stained brown, there were bedbug egg casings in the mattress, and there was hair all over the mattress. when i spoke to the owner about this he was very rude, told me there was no other room to stay in. as i didn’t want to risk my health and safety by staying in this dirty room, this left me without a room, alone at 12am in heraklion as a solo female traveler. when i told the owner that this made me feel unsafe he ignored me and walked away. horrible experience, i do not recommend to anyone!
