    Clean rooms, parking, quiet

    Nice quiet place with onsite parking as well as street parking. Clean rooms, water pressure in shower was low but I got clean! No electric kettle in room but was able to use the one down by the bar area in the early morning to make our coffee. Great staff. Within walking distance of a store

    I booked this hotel for 3 nights at €238 . I was given a fully refurbished room, walk in shower, fridge, aircon, balcony etcThis is a no frills hotel but the basics are quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I checked out at 10am, went off for the day then came back for my taxi. The staff couldn't be more flexible. Breakfast cost €9.50 a day and is continental. Recommended for the budget traveller. It's a 25 minute walk up a hill from Chania Central. I would definitely recommend for a cheap getaway.

    Bad receptionist experience

    The worst experience was the behaviour of Gwgw, the lady on the reception. Rude and impolite. She also lied about the breakfast offer...they hadn't at all . A second theme was the smell on the bath at evenings. Everything else was fine. The best thing is the women who clean the room every day. Smiley and polite.

    + The hotel was clean.- The hotel location requires a car. The room was less than the basic. The door doesnt even have a DND tag. Be careful if you book as some of the rooms do not have a balcony and there is no way to dry the towels and the swimsuit. We didnt get notified clearly there is no balcony and we got really annoyed about it. If you smoke its a nightmare.

    A hotel with a heart

    Small hotel on the outskirts of Chania but with a big heart. Modern lines, parking and free wifi. Rooms with balconies and lovely views especially the sunset over Chania bay. Breakfast was a good choice of both sweet and savoury items fresh juice, coffee etc.The staff were welcoming friendly but professional whichever one you spoke to.
