  Everything was as expected. I read on google and TripAdvisor the best things about varvaras diamond so i tried it and it was as written perfect. The rooms were big, clean and and had everything. The hosts were lovely, very polite and helpful. They seem like they know what they are doing and at the same time they like what they do. The pool was very nice but the weather wasn't the best so we listened the hosts and rented a car for our tour to the southExcellent. Surely we will see you again.Roben

  Nice and cozy hotel to relax

  We came in Crete for 7 days and we stayed each day in a diffirent hotel. Varvaras diamond was the best even though the price was very good. The room was newly built and had everything we needed. We asked Nektarios what to do for our day and he suggested us the best places. His son Vagelis told us also to go on the main town and found us the best places to have a greek coffee and a drink. The pool was super clean and the food was very nice. Our only regret was that we had only one day at these hotel. 5 star experience, hope we come back at some point.

  I was looking for a quiet room near the beach. For my great pleasure, I found it at the center of Platanias, just few minutes from Rethymno. I was impressed by the cleanliness, the accessibility and the quietness.

  The staff is very kind and helpful, and the rooms are very clean. The hotel is located on a quiet street. At the end of the street, there is a nice pool area with a bar where you can buy good food, and there are free sunbeds on the grass. The beach is located immediately after the pool area. I would recommend this hotel for couples and families.

  This hotel is perfect for families with children. The hotel has excellent service and cleanliness! It offers a good atmosphere and peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an authentic experience of Greece!
