  Lovely place, great comfortable accommodation and friendly staff!

  We enjoyed our stay at Vilelmine Hotel. All the staff are very professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is very central. Close to good places to eat and the old venetian harbour. Even though you are in the heart of the old town, at night it is surprisingly quiet and we slept well. We chose a small twin room which was very spacious and comfortable for our week's stay. The hotel is very well maintained. It was immaculately clean and cleaned throughout the week everyday. It had a small fridge too, and the room was well equipped. The ensuite bathroom worked very well with a great shower. Staff provided a good supply of clean towels, bedding, toiletries, tea, coffee, water and soda as and when needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and stored our luggage on the last day after we had checked out. They recommended a great taxi too, which we used from and to the airport! Definitely would stay with them again 😊

  The Hotel Vilelmine is centrally located in the heart of the historic old town of Chania, on the square of the Cathedral of Eisodiontis Theolotou, barely a hundred meters from the Venetian harbor. We have stayed in Chania several times, but nowhere have we felt as comfortable as in the Hotel Vilelmine. Each of the rooms has its own special charm. A style like something out of an English aristocratic series: everything tastefully and beautifully furnished. You can feel the hand of the style-conscious owners who have paid careful attention to every detail in this small, authentic, privately run hotel. The staff is also super friendly. Everything is clean and in good condition. Comfortable, beautiful, large and fresh beds. Vilelmine? Any time!Was fun.

  Excellent choice in Chania old town

  Very central, very clean, friendly and smiley staff, they were cleaninng our room every day, changing the towels every day and even open the air condition for us in order to find a cool room in our return from the day out in a very hot period. They know how to run a business here.

  Lovely building with lots of character. Our room was huge with a small mezzanine that could've fitted another bed if there were three of you. Balcony with lovely views over the square with chairs and table for people watching and you could even see the sea, just! Perfect location right in the centre of the old town but might be a but noisy in high season (though the soundproofing was good). Staff were really friendly, particularly the lovely cleaner who did an excellent job and greeted us cheerily every day! Spotlessly clean and smelt gorgeous, proper coffee machine and fresh water in the fridge refilled every day. Excellent service all round, would recommend

  Amazing location and polite staff.

  One of the best places to stay in Chania. It is in the heart of the city centre and the old harbour, close to everything and the best option to enjoy a coffee or a drink.. The staff is amazing, so helpful, welcoming and polite. I can't wait to stay there again!
