  Manolis had kept us a quiet room, as requested, though the villa is in an elevated position back from the road anyway. When we arrived - by bus - he, very helpfully, took us in his car for a tour of the village and to a minimarket. The room had a separate bedroom and an impressively modern bathroom with a "rainforest" shower. The beach is a bit of a walk away, but most of the time we had the good-sized pool to ourselves. This is somewhere we would highly recommend.

  If you are looking for a nice, quiet and relaxing place next to the golden beach of Voulisma, then this is your place! The rooms are spacious, clean with modern bathroom. There is a swimming pool with sea view and comfortable sun beds that you will definitely enjoy.

  We made a last minute booking as we're touring Crete by car and we were enchanted at Villa Angela. We came for 2 nights and stayed 4. The view of the sea and mountains landscape from the terrace is very beautiful, the surroundings are amazing, the location is peaceful, relaxed, tranquil and easily accessible. The apartment is exceptionally clean, with all that one needs for a self sufficient holiday. Kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is spacious and a nice swimming pool multiplies your possibilities to fully relax. There is free parking available and the owners are extremely nice and discrete. They offered us fresh figs from their own garden, olive oil when we left and they do a really great job in keeping the place so clean and cozy. We toured all the island of Crete and here we enjoyed it the most! The calm, tranquility and beauty are a perfect relaxation holiday formula. We warmly recommend it and hope to return! Villa Angela is also an excellent spot for who tours by car since we drove from here easily to Eastern and South Eastern Crete and the drive is such an amazing experience since you get towards the real Cretan landscapes that combines sea and arid mountains in a breathtaking visual experience. The beaches around are excellent and we recommend a longer drive to Vai - even if very crowded - or closer by to Mochlos. The town of Agios Nikolaos is a short 10 minutes drive away with all that one needs from cruises on the sea to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. We stayed in various other places in Crete and the hospitality, tranquility and value for price were unequaled in other places.

  Perfect peaceful location, very nice apartment, pool with a breathtaking view, super kind owners. I totally recommend it to everyone (couples family friends). It is only 15 min far with a car from agios nikolaos which is very fun spot for any kind of activity (shopping, sunbath, night life and many more)Thanks for everything villa Angela.

  Well worth the money

  We stayed 5 nights in Villa Angela. The staff were very attentive, accommodation adequate for us. We had a room with a sea view beside a busy main road, it was okay for us though. Pool is a good sized one, all in all well worth the money we paid. Voulisma beach only 3-5 minutes drive away. Lovely beach with bar. An absolutely must for everyone.
