  We had a wonderful time!The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful – they assisted us with everything we needed and made us feel right at home.The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, which made our stay even more comfortable.The pool made everything even more enjoyable, and the villas’ location was absolutely perfect.We’ll definitely be coming back!

  Amazing accommodation in beautiful Koutouloufari

  We were welcomed though late arrival with so much care and friendliness. Our room a suite room 203 was beautiful,we have stayed here before and everything was amazing. Very comfy bed. Great balcony. The pool we had to ourselves most days. The staff were truly wonderful,nothing was too much trouble. It is situated in the centre of Koutouloufari so close to tavernas and bars. But quiet. If you have been to Koutouloufari before you will know the beautiful village and the friendly locals. A place you will return to often. I would definitely recommend Villa Elite 5 stars for us. Thankyou for an amazing holiday and we will be back soon. Helen and Ian xx

  Since we travelled on standby, we were only able to book a hotel after our seat was confirmed. There were a lot of options, rooms / hotels / apartments, around Hersonissos available on the well known booking sites.After a short review, the pictures of the rooms looked nice, and the reviews were OK, we booked Villa Elite for 9 nights. Due to a departure delay at Amsterdam and a slow car hire, we arrived late in Villa Elite. But the evening/night manager was still waiting for us and gave us parking directions, they do not have their own P, in town and gave us a choice between two not renovated rooms; a maisonette with direct pool access or a 1-bedroom apartment.  The last looked more spacious, although it had some cons we discovered the next morning;- the spacious terrace was a bit sober and odd since it only had a small table, two chairs, no view and no plants despite there was a planter area. - bathroom with a low sink, toilet paper holder on a weird location, little light, a classic shower curtain and a ventilation/extraction unit that made more noise than a departing aircraft.- Spartan living room with a (sleeping) couch, table with two chairs and kitchen with a low stove.- Bedroom was ok, but sober as the rest of the apartment.Pro's of the room;- Aircondioner and locker free of charge.- Bed sleeps well.- A lot of space for the two of us.The cleaning lady was nice and cleaned our room every second day and provide clean sheets and towels at the same time.Breakfast buffet time starts at 8:30 AM and the first two days, Saturday and Sunday, there was a lot of choice and constant supply. However, that was regretfully not the reality of the rest of the week; Not ready at 8.30 AM, a little to choose, slow/no refill, unripe or overripe fruit(s), meats/cheeses not cooled and sticky pots. The pictures again did not match reality, and customer attention could improve a lot.The pool was nice, but little bed and the sun disappears quickly away in the afternoon. The roof terrace is really nice, best spot in the hotel, and has great views. As we are no drinkers, we spend no time there, but it would be a great spot for breakfast :-). With a little attention and money, Villa Elite could gain a lot. Add some plants to the corridors + empty planter areas + pool area + rooms, hang some Greek art in the rooms + corridors, make sure the dining area is cleaned better, more customer focus of all employees, renovate the "old" rooms faster, prepare a part of breakfast proactive the day/night before (supply/refill) and provided a standard service for breakfast.We will most probably not stay in Villa Elite again since there are a lot of places, even close to them, that offer better value/views for the same money. However, if they improve their flaws, future customers/guest will certainly be more satisfied.

  We enjoyed our stay at villa eliteWe had a junior suite renovated and modern Village is lovely just 15 mins walk to the town Peaceful and friendly population We had half board but we were the only residents with half board which meant we had a private restaurant every night and the fantastic Kostas made us beautiful 3 course meals every nightWe felt so special and spoiled truly wonderful fresh and delicious foodI would highly recommend villa elite not just for the location but the fabulous staff

  Exactly what to expect from a two star. Staff were amiable, nice bar area with lovely views (this is the selling point of the Hotel), breakfast dining area a little drab and the Chef/Cook smoking in amongst the diners is not great! Basic Greek Breakfast but okay in the main.The Hotel needs a good tidy up with both the lower dining area and pool area needing a good sweep and wash down. We didn't see any attention to the pool itself.Staff just ignore the empty/half full glasses on the side tables. No parasols around the pool....actually unheard of!Rooms are fair and the domestic is very attentive.On the upside it's close to the action in the village.We wouldn't return but happy to say if you book a 2 star then don't expect too much.
