    The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The rooms are spacious, bright, with a balcony and a stunning view. The staff was extremely kind and friendly — they promptly helped us with everything we needed, including car rental. The location is excellent: easy to find, close to the main street, and just a few steps from the beach. We had a great time and we will definitely return if we get the chance!

    Clean rooms, close to beach, supermarket and bus station. Close to road to Piskopiano. Beautiful garden to drink the coffee în the morning or to stay with friends în the evening. I should come back next year. Staff very welcoming and smiling.

    Lovely family hotel with excellent location and homelike atmosphere

    This hotel is located in a quiet street and at the same time it’s very close to the vibrant main street and the seaside (with a great promenade full of cafes and restaurants/tavernas). There’s also a bus stop near the hotel so that you can easily get from/to the airport (or you can ask for a transfer). You can also explore the neighbouring cities – Iraklion (approx. 20-25 min drive by bus) and Agios Nikolaus (45 min drive). The hotel also offers car rental.Our room was clean and comfy. From our balcony we could see a bit of a sea from one side and the mountains from the other.We also liked breakfast options that included olives, feta, yoghurt, seasonal fruits, anchovies, tasty breads etc. We had our breakfast at the charming yard near the hotel (see the photos). The managers in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They recommended us some excellent fish restaurants (frequented by the locals), and also helped to plan our trips to Irakleon/Knosses Palace and Agios Nikolaos. We also visited mountain villages Koutalafari and Piskopiano that are just some 20 min walk from the hotel. We felt like at home in this hotel and we definitely are eager to come here again. Some tourists we met here are coming to this hotel each year because it’s such a lovely place. We are very grateful to hotel managers Aristoteles and Leonidas for the great time we had in Hersonissos and Crete. We will definitely come here again and recommend to our friends.     The BEST hotel in Hersonissos!💙🇬🇷

    Very good choice! The hotel is about 20 meters away from the main street = the main street was loud but when you go back to the hotel is totaly quiet😍💙 If you go out to the rooms balcony at night you can see the sea and the lighted up mountains💙 Every workers are very very friendly and helpfully and good to speak with💙We are come back here once!💙🇬🇷 Thank you!💙 ARIS DANELAKIS, Owner at Voula Hotel, responded to this review We thank you so much!     A truly wonderful place! We arrived early and Vicky at the reception offered us a room to rest with our toddler (identical to the one we had booked, so we stayed there), so we didn't have to wait until our room was ready.The apartment was big and next to their lovely garden.Very helpful and accommodating.
