  location wise, friendly, picturesque atmosphere and really a pleasant 4-day stay in Chania. Also, for the value and service provided during our stay , even going beyond with the accomodations and rearranging certain details of our booking made this hotel a must stay. I can't thank enough for the hospitality and professionalism, but also kindness provided from the receptionist who upgraded this whole experience to a new level.

  First time abroad since Covid - Great.

  So, first get away following Covid and we searched for somewhere central and a decent price. Have to say this one was such a success that we were so pleased. In the old town and 3 mins walk from the harbour where most people end up, it could not be much better (except for a Seaview which of course adds ££s to the price). Pretty easy to find but the signage outside does not stand out so we did pass by it when we first arrived. However, all fine and a warm greeting from Constantina on reception, who was so friendly and helpful. The room was a lovely size on the top floor which plenty of air circulation through windows (two balconies). A/C worked fine, bathroom had shower only but plenty of space. Lovely view down the alley way and of the church and restaurants/shops on the other side.A small lift can take two people, and the stairway is wide and easy to navigate. Absolutely no problem finding restaurants which are everywhere, but there is the tough choice of which to pick. Constantina gave helpful tips of trips, day trips and restaurants. The bus station is 10 min was away and easy to get buses to the main areas. Could not have been really any better.

  We arrived late, so two hours before our arrival we received an e-mail with a code with which we opened the post box and got the keys to the front door and the room.A cozy room with a large bathroom and a large satellite tv was all we needed for our stay!

  Just came back from a short stay here and would recommend it to anyone! Lovely boutique hotel in a great position within the old town. Staff were lovely and great value too ! The city itself was stunning with great architecture and fantastic restaurants!

  A gem of a hotel

  We loved everything!! From communication with the staff, the location of the hotel, our room, the bed (best mattress I have ever slept on away from home) to the modern shower room with quality toiletries, it was a joy to be there. Nikos on reception was very welcoming and helpful, especially when we decided to extend our stay by 2 more nights as we were enjoying our stay so much.The lady who cleans the rooms is meticulous!Note. The hotel is situated very near to the cathedral and the bells do ring loudly, you can also hear the liturgy from the priests. This didn't bother us but I mention it in case it would bother someone else. Also It didn't affect us however to aid accessibility I believe they plan to install a lift.
