Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Rooms

    Ants everywhere in the rooms, including in the beds, this is basically down to sub standard cleaning. We were there nearly two weeks and our balcony and stairs never got swept or mopped onceShowers didn’t work, zero water pressure and not warm. Couldn’t wash properly. I seen someone showering next to the bottom pool as a last resort.No microwave, despite being advertised with one. Tv was irrelevant as there were no channels available. Room ok apart from that !!!No toilet or shower facilities around the top swimming pool. Pool was not cooled during the hottest part of the season. I think they were using a hose to cool it down which stretched across the gravel car parkTop pool bars prices changed on a daily basis. Over priced and poor quality food. The woman that ran it was really nice but not sure how she washed her hands when doing food, she didn’t look the most hygienic. Pool area was tired and nothing like the pictures. Not enough sunbeds during busy periods, they seem to get broken and not replaced.Hotel grounds were shabby and dangerous in places. Several people have mentioned the paving that moves, stuff left all over and the eye sore that is the Astro grassed area-that was a disgrace btw.Hotel was in a decent position between Stalis and Malia.I would not score this any higher than two stars

    Very nice people! Clean, a beautiful pool and "Medusa" is wonderful!! The rooms are excellent and Malia are 20 minutes away by foot!!

    Recently returned from a fabulous holiday at the W Suites with my parents and son. From the moment we arrived Nikos and all the staff made us feel so welcome. The location of the apartments was perfect, it was close to wide selection of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The pool area was perfect, we spent most of our days at the family pool which was never busy and had plenty of sun beds. We stayed apartment 205 which was a two bedroom apartment which was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. We had the best holiday, amazing memories. Thank you W Suites

    The room have cockroaches and ants they have mould on the ceiling in bathroom the paving in the hotel is dangerous the astroturf at the back is a eye sore the hotel staff don’t help

    Just back from these apartments. We arrived very late and had a warm welcome from Nikos. The absolute best thing about this place is the lovely staff. Always friendly, helpful and up for a laugh. The apartment was spacious, spotless and towels changed daily. The pool area was clean and never crowded, we used the adult only pool next to the bar but there is another larger pool as well for families. Beer was cold, the pool snacks were decent and the breakfast was limited but fresh. Situated between Stalis and Malia you won’t get bored, lots of bars, restaurants and the beach is lovely. I found these apartments good value for money and we would definitely go back.
