  What a lovely place to stay. My room was regularly cleaned, there was a kettle, fridge what more do you want. The pool was just right and always clean. Sifi was always only hand for any of your needs and it was a great experience. Will be going back again. Thank you guys .

  Positives: - Easy check-in- Great pool- On a hill, so you will always have a breeze- The owner (Sifis) is a friendly hostNegatives: - Wifi never works for more than 10 minutes- You have to pay extra for the air condition- The WC/Shower smelled and was a pretty low standard, no window only glass panels - Beds were very poor- We got electrocuted when using the water supplies/shower etc. (the owner got it fixed during our stay)- No breakfast or food available on location.   A Little Tired

  Met by a very friendly owner on arrival and checked in with no problems. Room was very basic with just a fridge, kettle and a frying pan plus assorted mix of plates and cutlery. A single large burner ring was the only cooking option. The bed mattresses were rock hard and not conducive to a relaxing sleep but linen and towels were spotless and changed twice during our weeks stay. The pool and bar area were ok but looking a little tired.   Idyllic rustic taste of Crete outside Georgiopolis.

  We had apartment 16. On a corner with no adjoining walls, first floor, so very quiet(woken only by the goats being herded onto nearby hill with bells ringing!) Away from, but walkable to, the small resort of Georgiopolis which still has a range of beautiful beaches, some very natural, but which has been so what taken over by the Corissia hotels. It still retain s it's Cretan feel and is very pretty with the river, boats and views. Loads of choice for restaurants too.We had a car and Rethymnon and Chania and Kouras lake all worth a trip plus the mountain s if you can drag yourself away from the sea.The accommodation is basic inside but stunningly located and the pool is fantastic. A good size, never more that a few people about and again, those views and a bar.The lack of kitchen equipment, basic shower and 1970s feel to the decor and furniture irritated me at first given that the interior could have been quite easily fantastic, but I soon got used to it. Sheets and towels were changed every 3 days which was a pleasant surprise and it was clean.It was very cheap and I would revisit.The bougainvillea covered buildings are a picture.
