  It’s ok hotel. Average service. Didn’t find restaurant service friendly. Little rude people. Good beach access. Would have been better if we had stayed on harbor area near the Market Square.

  I would recommend this resort to anyone! It was the perfect, relaxing place to spend our last few days in Crete. My favorite part was the super comfy beach beds and how small it was, maybe 30 or 40 rooms total. We had a gorgeous and practical suite, cleaned well every day. We went at the end of May/early June and it felt like off-season still, so no problem getting a spot on the beach, though I saw reviews that mentioned trouble with that later in the season. The breakfast a great hybrid because there is a buffet but they'll also make you fresh eggs or pancakes. We didn't check it out but there is a walkable area nearby with many restaurants, car rental places, etc. Compared to resorts I've gone to in the Caribbean, you just cannot beat the price point here, from the rooms to the food and drinks on the beach. I dream of going back for a longer stay!

  Had this place recommended to us for food, on arrival we were seated overlooking the sea (perfect setting) the waiter dimitri was very very attentive and friendly, we looked at the menu and he explained all the different dishes and what was in them, we had smoked pancetta, pasta with a creamy sauce and fish, everything was cooked to perfection , followed by the most amazing cocktails made by the lovely Stefanos, his professionalism and skills are second to none The owner came to our table as well (kostas) which was a nice touch, all in all we can not recommend this beautiful place enough and we will be back, thankyou for your professional hospitality

  We spent six days in the hotel with my husband. Check-in and check-out went without a hitch; the staff was really nice! The room we booked (1st floor, sea view) was excellent, clean, roomy, and cozy. We have back problems, so the quality of the mattress is always critical, and theirs was perfect (squishy but still hard enough so we don't get up and are unable to walk).Due to the hotel's facing North, the wind is quite strong, so the waves are a bit bigger around midday and early afternoon - an ideal time to go surfing. Also, the brutal heat is eased by the cool wind! :)The beach was right in our mouths, so we could just go down in swimsuits and towels. We also left our phones and things like that on the beach a few times, because their own beach is very safe, and there is always at least one waiter around the beach.The food was excellent, we got a surprise little ice cream after every main dish! ^^ They have a wide selection of several kinds of food, mostly Greek and other Mediterranean dishes. The breakfast is rich and tasty, we could always find something new to try. The servers paid attention to my lactose intolerance, they were helpful and fast.It was really nice to lounge in a curtained box of sunbeds, order some snacks, and eat shrimp or tiramisu right there.Special shoutout to the servers whose kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and made our stay extremely comfy. :)I don't know what hotels get the 5th star for, but in my heart, they have 5 stars! <3 :)

  Beachfront hotel with lovely restaurant

  The most important value of this hotel seems to be the kindness of the staff, from concierge team to bartenders and waiters. Stayed here in the last week of August in a room with sea view and generous balcony. Cozy beds, well equipped bathroom with shower cabin - everything spotless and working flawless. Lots of storage, modern furniture. Loved the homey decorations on maritime/beach theme. The breakfast was gorgeous - really a pleasure to start the day by the beach, tasting the delicacies offered at the buffet. Took also a dinner at this restaurant and it was even more tasty than the breakfast. Still remember the taste of burrata salad and marinated anchovies. Good value for money, highly recommended.
