  Amazing place, amazing people, amazing location. If you think of perfect rest, with lovely sandy beaches, hosts who are there for every kind of hospitality, my only one word would be ZINOVIA!   23 days at Zinovia, an experience to repeat.

  We loved the place, peaceful and close to everything you might need: restaurant, supermarket, beach. Fantastic experience , we loved our balcony for breakfast and after dinner drinks.   I had an absolutely wonderful holiday experience!!!! The owner’s family was very friendly and lovely,and made me feel very welcome. One of the highlights was the proximity to the sea — just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The place was super ,super quiet, which I loved. The rooms were cozy and nice, and the surroundings were pleasant. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend it to others!!!!   A welcoming home

  A family of 2 parents, a super active toddler and two grandparents felt very welcomed at Zinovia apartments. We rented two studio apartments and enjoyed a 7 days stay. The apartments is located near the best child-friendly beach around Chania and it is only a 5-min walk to it. The beach has shallow waters, only small waves, shade from the sun because of the trees near it. The accommodation has a large yard in which our daughter was running and spreading her toys or playing with the very friendly cats. And the hosts are the embodiment of Greek hospitality: they offer a lot of suggestions of places to visits, restaurants to eat, things to do and can also tell you a lot about the Cretan history. Plus, they keep the apartments very clean (towels are changed, floor is moped/cleaned and garbage is taken out daily), which gives an enormous feeling of safety for a mother. The cleanliness extends also to the kitchen, which has well kept and good quality pans & pots, all you need for small meals to be cooked for a child. And the sandwich-maker saved the day so often. To be honest, I’d go also next year, it is just so easy here with an active toddler.   Zinovia Heart and Soul

  We lived in the Zinovia for 2 weeks and it felt so comfortable cause it was exactly what we wanted. The Zinovia is located in a residential area. The Mix between Hotels and Greeks living in their own properties is what we liked. Despite the surrounded lively Nightlife it was really quiet at night in the zone of the Zinovia apartments.The Studio was really nice. The Kirchen has everything you need for self catering. There is of course air conditioner, TV and WiFi. Changing of towels regularly. The terrace was pretty big with beautiful garden furniture. The estate is surrounded by a lot of greenery, trees and big plant everywhere what makes it feel so comfortable and quiet romantic. The sea is just a 3 minute walk away. But what made it really special to us were the hosts, Stella, Kostas, Haris and Zinovia. This family is the main reason for the harmonous Atmosphere. You can not describe what they do to make each and everyone feel comfortable, and happy. There are always on your side when you need them with grace and self evidence.Any question they have the answer. For them nothing is impossible just everything is possible. Sure we will see them again. Zinovia, for us the Place to be.
