    The staff is very bad mannered, nobody speaks even low grade English, they tried to convince me that I was informed in arrival about sun beds situation but they missed to tell me some details and tried to ensured me that they did. After an argument with staff the manager came and it was even more embarrassing with my teenage daughter. I have nothing but bad opinions about this location.

    Our stay in Akti Ouranoupoli was perfect! We didn’t expect such clean space, the housekeeping is really on another level!! All staff are super friendly and helpful. If you ask they will tell you about all the activities you can do in Ouranoupoli. The beach and especially the water are amazing!! The food in the hotel is also very, very good. We were in a room with half sea view, but in my opinion this was the best view! We went on a cruise to see the monasteries on Mount Athos, then we went to Drenia Island with a small boat, we visited the tower of Ouranoupoli and many more. Overall the whole area is a must if you want to experience the turquoise water with some adventurous and cultural experiences along the way.

    Awesome experience, nice view of the beach and the island. The food was very good and tastat and the hotel rooms were clean, the staff was also very kind.

    Perfect place for holidays away from hussle and bustle

    A small and cozy hotel, perfect for families with children. Located very close to the beach, separated from it by a road, however you could use subway to get to the beach. Umbrellas and sunbeds were for free. Although our room was located in front of the road it was very quite and we were not disturbed during nights. We chose it because of a seaview which is spectacular. No animations for children or adults but to be honest I was happy with that. It is not my favourite type of entertainment.Good music in pool bar and always fresh food. Lunches and dinners were served outside. We always chose tables from which we could admire the sea and the island of Ammouliani. The food was delicious, though with a very small choice, especially at lunchtime. The pool was small, well-maintained, and cleaned regularly. From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., we had it for ourselves. No other gusts were using it.Room service was done daily. The staff was very nice and friendly. We felt there comfortable and recommend the place. Both my sons said it was the best place ever for holidays (5 years old, and 7 years old). The only thing I didn't like was drinks served in plastic cups. I have read reviews before our arrival and was aware of this custom but anyway didn't get use to in. I would like to mention that there were quests dissapointed with the place and food, but I guess they had completly different preferences.
