    Excellent location in the forest with pine tree, right on the beach. The atmosphere is very relaxing by the pool or on the beach. The rooms are very spacious. The personal space is is very friendly and professional

    10+ years ago this resort was supposed to be the first one we'd go to in Greece, but there was a last minute change and we were re-booked for a different place (Village Mare, Sithonia) which turned out to be excellent and we ended up having a great time came back to Greece again and again following that visit.Now we ended up, ironically, where we were going to start and the likelihood of me returning back are remote at best.There were a number of issues, ranging from the accommodation, the food and the beach itself.The room. There were no mosquito nets on the doors, the bathroom water pressure was not up to scratch and the day we arrived had a clutch of hair in one end of the shower tray (I'll include a picture). There were no blankets, in case one felt a bit of a chill in the middle of the night, just sheetsThe beach. Quite narrow for such a big resort, with 5-6 rows of chaiselongs. In 6 days I only went there once, even though this is the main reason I go to the Greek seaside.The food. With little variation from one day to the next, very little variety of some of the items provided, e.g. 2 types of inexpensive salamis spead over a wide area to create the impression of abundance.The staff were generally courteous and on the two occasions when we contacted them about a blocked sink and then shower drain were able to resolve the matter relatively quickly. That notwithstanding, why were there issues not addressed ahead of time?

    We are guests in this hotel third time,and everything is worst. The women who work in reception was wery unkind, we paid for superior room garden view, and we got apartman with one big, and one help bad, which was very small, so three of us have to sleep in one bed. It is not vacation. The food was the same every day for lunch and for dinner. Too many guests , and not enough sunbeds on the beach. The barmens didn't make good cocktails, they put a little alcohol in it. I am not recommending this hotel! For that money you can find much better! THE WOMEN ON RECEPTION IS THE MOST UNKIND WOMEN IN WHOLE GREECE, I HAVE EVER MET!!!

    Best staff, beach, food. I see some negative reviews without addressing any issue to anuybody from the hotel, why? You keep it a secret?

    The first thing I want to share is for the food - unfortunately it was terrible, always the same one and whiteout a taste and this is a 4 star hotel. In the restaurant and the area around recption smell like low class cafeteria. The staff is small and you must whaiting someone to clean the tables. All drinks are from machines, even the water and their taste is like a machine. For a long stay- 9 nights our room was cleaned two time. The cleaners always came in the afternoon when my child was sleeping. The beach is nice, but if you want sunbeds and umbrella you have to go at 6am and leave your towels to get a sunbed. By 10am you have almost no chance of finding a free sunbed. There are rules posted on the beach that reserving sunbeds is prohibited and things from them will be removed by the staff. No one follows them.I would never visit this hotel again.
