Facility

Guests have a choice of 167 rooms located in a 1-storey main building and several auxiliary buildings. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests can buy souvenirs at the gift shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a partial sea view from a balcony or terrace. Most units have a sea view. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball and crazy golf. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym and table tennis. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Subject to charge: a steam bath. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Half board can be booked. Breakfast and dinner are served every day. The resort also offers snacks. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

    I would not return to this hotel We spent 9 days out of 20 days in Greece here and it was one disappointment and nuisance after another from the moment we arrived. Here's a short list: the ground-floor rooms smell like mold. I had a headache the whole time until we were given another room, which had windows and did not smell like mold. Ask for a room with windows. The buffet dining area is a small, depressing, corporate-looking cafeteria. I don't know who thought of the depressing color scheme and design in such a beautiful natural area. The cafeteria managers like to micro-manage and police you, which is really off-putting and uncomfortable. After breakfast we wanted to take some fruit with us to the beach and were stopped (!) at the door and told we could not take the fruit. I said I'm not a big breakfast person and only have coffee in the morning and would like fruit for a bit later. I was told I could only take one or two pieces of fruit and to choose which ones I wanted while the manager stood there watching me. It was the most stingy, cringey thing I've ever experienced at a resort, and I've stayed at many all over the world. I promptly complained to the director who apologized and said she regretted the way this was handled and that I can take fruit out of the cafeteria in the mornings. On another occasion, we were sitting in the outdoor bar having some beverages and socializing (there were several occupied tables) when, all of a sudden the lights went out and we were sitting in darkness- no warning, no final call, nothing, just, closing time and get the f*ck out, basically, which we did. It was so rude and unwelcoming. Oh, and if you have a problem with your room, such as we did when a cicada ended up in our ceiling vent and chirped loudly and incessantly all night, the hotel acts like it's the victim because they don't know what to do and, "it's nature and they can't control it." Fortunately, we were finally given another room for the night however, it took close an hour, the room smelled like mold and the reception guy was so annoyed and condescending as if it was our fault a cicada got in our ceiling vent. This hotel acts like they're doing you a favor. The next morning after breakfast, we were told we would not be able to use our room for two hours while they dealt with the matter of the cicada. When I said that this was a huge inconvenience since all our stuff is in there, including our passports in the safe etc., and that I wanted to make sure our room was not being fumigated as I will not sleep in any kind of fumes, they just had no answer and no solution for me, until, Maria, the director / head manager got us another room to move to. Why the front-desk employees couldn't do this from the start is just bizarre. I will say that Maria was professional and attentive, which we appreciated. She gave us a certificate for complimentary lunch at the beach restaurant and a complimentary spa service for me. I do not fault the other employees. They just need better training. Finally, I must add, that the dinner buffet is lackluster and uninspired. Greek food is amazing and this place could do much better. I found many of the dishes flavorless and oily. The music in the cafeteria is also just awful- something like wanna-be hip elevator music. Ugh. Just play beautiful Greek music. Why would I want to hear generic, corporate background elevator music on my Greek seaside vacation? This was my experience.     Strategic position to visit Halkidiki

    Location: it is in a strategic place to visit Halkidiki (first, second peninsula and the top of the third one). The hotel is well maintained and it is close to the beach.Room: Room was spacious , nice and spacy balcony with rack to dry clothes, well cleaned. Few notes to improve: internet TV, provide a bottle (in glass) of water each day in order to reduce plastic. Service: the hotel has a nice garden, gym with basic tools and a pool. All the staff is very welcome from the reception to the staff at the restaurant (special thanks to the lady welcoming each day to the restaurant).     The resort is spotless and the rooms are perfect. We stayed in a Suite and the size and views of the sea were amazing.The staff were very friendly, in particular Pink Wave, the lady on the door at dinner time (in Celestre) and the hotel manager. The pool never seemed over crowded and we always got a sun lounger. It was a fabulous holiday.     I can't describe how good was the experience there. The place is amazing, quiet and beautiful. The staff is very kind, helpful and simply wonderful. My boyfriend, now fiance, proposed me there and they made sure to make this day the best day of our lives. I couldn't say "no", of course. The garden is the best looking garden I've ever seen. The beach is rocky, but has sand patches. I liked the food, especially in the beach restaurant. Metamorphosi is really close, but far enough so you dont feel like you are in the middle of a busy street all day. There is not much to do, but we went there to relax and lay on the beach and around the pool.     Lovely hotel with gorgeous views of the sea and very clean amenities. Our room was lovely and well serviced by housekeeping. The buffet dining can be a little chaotic but the choice of food was good and well worth the extra it cost to go half board. Staff in the main were lovely and evening entertainment was ok.A few things to be aware of though are 10 euro per night island tax payable on arrival at hotel. The nearest village to walk to from the hotel for a coffee or a meal is Metamorfosi which is about 25/30 mins away (didn't bother us coz we like a walk) & the transfer from the airport takes about 2 hours as you change to a shuttle bus after Peninsular 1. Would I go again??? Yes, if I wanted to totally chill on a beach and not do too much sightseeing.
