  I was not at all satisfied with the hotel. For one thing, the staff talk very loudly among themselves. Especially the lady at the bar. Her laughter was very disturbing. Also, neither the itaka nor the hotel mentioned the 15 euro tax. If I had known, I wouldn't have stayed. Overall, I was not satisfied. Many of our guests value this, as it creates a relaxed and genuinely human environment. The colleague you mentioned has been with us for many years and is greatly appreciated — both by guests and by management — for her positive energy, her kindness, and her truly welcoming spirit. She embodies everything that Istion Club stands for, and we are sincerely grateful for her long-standing contribution.Of course, we understand that every guest has different sensitivities when it comes to noise. If you personally felt disturbed at any moment, we genuinely regret that. It would have been helpful if you had informed us during your stay so we could have found an immediate solution tailored to your needs.Second, regarding the 15-euro charge: this is not a hotel fee. It is a state-mandated tax, regulated entirely by governmental authorities. All hotels in Greece are legally required to collect it and forward it directly to the state. While we understand that additional charges are never pleasant, it is important to distinguish between hotel policies and legal obligations. We genuinely prefer to receive criticism about areas that are within our control — service, comfort, cleanliness, gastronomy — rather than state fees over which no hotel has any influence.Third, regarding the beach: Istion Club is located in a natural coastal setting, and characteristics such as shoreline, depth, or pebbles vary with the season. We provide comfortable sunbeds, beach towels, and assistance to ensure that our guests enjoy the seaside as much as possible.   Amazing Autumn Break

  First time to visit the Istion Hotel and I will definitely return.From check in we had such a great experience, no hassle easy transaction, we originally had a room at the reception and asked would it be possible to move a little closer to the ocean,and without hassle we were accommodated.The receptionist Kiki is such a bonus to the hotel so polite as with many other staff members, like vivikar(probably spelt wrong) who works in the restaurant, another huge bonus to the hotel,along with the Manager such politeness goes along way.Our new room allocation really made our break special as we could see the ocean a lovely bright and airy room(405).The beach is small and quaint with a limited amount of loungers, but uf you have sensitive feet I suggest swin shoes.The food and cleanliness of hotel is second to none,everywhere is absolutely spotless, I would suggest visiting afytos a stunning little village,the hotel runs a bus to there on Tuesdays at 9 and pick up 12,if that is not enough time for you to explore ,a taxi will cost roughly €30 back to the hotel.Another huge bonus for us was the beautiful resident cat and her kitten such beauties.This hotel in my opinion has 90% german occupancy, but with us being Irish ,we had no language barriers or issues ,everyone just enjoying there little break.They also run a children's club,which all the little children seemed to have enjoyed,we no small children with us,so cannot give more information .Sunsets are absolutely Amazing.My overall opinion is come a visit this gem of a hotel.   We stayed for seven days and absolutely loved it!

  The resort has stunning architecture and landscapes, along with all the amenities you could need: a spa, swimming pool, multiple bars, a restaurant, and a mini market. Everything was impeccably maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach in front of the hotel was nice, though not the best Chalkidiki has to offer. However, the resort’s location made it easy to reach the best beaches on the first and second 'legs' of Chalkidiki within a 30-minute drive. I can 100% recommend this please whether you’re looking to enjoy the all-inclusive resort or explore what Chalkidiki has to offer.   Amazing hotel and staff

  We stayed in Istion club and spa from 1 till 7 of july. The hotel was very beautiful and clean. Our room was lovely and big for the 3 of uss. The hotel has nice swimming pools, a playgarden for children and a mini club for children. The food at the restaurant was delicious, we had breakfast and evening dinner. The people who work there are such nice people very friendly. The service great. The staff from the restaurant were great, so nice and have a good sence of humor. It was a plesure to know them: AngelinaKostas Anastasia Mary and Vasilis thank you for the great service and the nice talks. U made are vacation more fun. And the ladies from the desk and the cleaning ladies and gentlemans that take care of the garden, they wore also very kind! I would defently recommend this hotel!!
